You would be wise to use a different company or chances are you will be sorely disappointed. I paid for an engine, but it was like pulling teeth to get the data the specific engine I purchased. Customer service was abhorrent! The service representative was dismissive, rude and insulting. I knew right away I didn't want to do business with this company and asked for an immediate refund!

Worst Company ever. Do not Buy any items from this company

Have sent me 2 bad engines. Finally gave up. Was only reimbursed for unit due to at least being smart enough to use my credit card (so I could dispute charges) but now waiting for reimbursement for over $3700 in labor per stated labor warranty. What a mess.

Considering the recent news of massive fraud in Wisconsin, it has me wondering who runs this "business." Considering all the BBB complaints and bad reviews on the internet noting refusal to honor labor warranty, how does Wisconsin look the other way?

Purchased my engine back in October of 2024, upon arrival water pump was bad. Simply asked if it was covered (Warranty Dept."female") she stated I had to fill out forms. I asked will it affect the time period for installation she stated no! Once I "finally" got in contact to ask for the response, 4 days later, she told me they didn't cover it and the warranty on my engine was voided. She said because the engine wasn't put in on time, so I told her I asked you if it would affect it because I waited for your response and of course she acted as if she never spoke to me. Not surprised that the engine gave out on me, piston, and I have to again find an engine. This people are liers and will do and say anythinge to sell their junk products. All of their companies are horribly rated by the BBB of which I also reported them to along with the attorney general in my state. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS S****Y COMPANY!

I'm going to start by saying, mistake #1 I didn't read these reviews before ordering. The initial ordering was great. It was even on sale. It was quick delivery. It was great until the engine was inspected. It was broken. I called them right away and was told I had to go through the warranty process. Ok fine. They jerked me around for 2 weeks until I got a manager on the phone. I was told the warranty was excepted and they're sending me a new engine. Here we are another 2 weeks after being told "I saw the engine being loaded" and I get told by someone else that they have to have the old one back before they can send another one. This has been almost a month of back a forth and I still have no idea where my engine is. I originally ordered this engine almost 2 months ago. Super frustrating!

They Suck!! The customers service sucks! They Sent the wrong Engine and kept my $$$$ 1.035... And Now that they made the Mistake there telling me I have too pay 287.00 for shipping. This Company is bogus. The hey scheme people. And lie too people. ...Very disappointed. Fraud... Fraud... Fraud.... The owners should be Ashamed. ... Ripping people off.

CANCELED ORDER NEXT DAY CUSTOMER CHANGED THEIR MIND ON REPLACING ENGINE. GOT CHARGED 829.00 RESTOCKING FEE. CAN'T TELL ME WHATEVER THEY HAD TO DO COST 829.00. COMPANY IS A RIPOFF. I'M A LITTLE ONE MAN BUSINESS 829.00 IS A LOT OF MONEY TO ME.

Terrible customer experience! I called them up regarding the quotes I received from their website. I spoke with 3 people today and each one lacked any professionalism. I won't bother to go into detail about them but I asked the third lady I spoke with (Lisa) for information on how they get their used engines. She said they get them from an auction. The 2nd guy I spoke to before her, didn't want to answer any questions unless I gave him the quote #. My friend that is the auto body business said it's impossible for them to purchase vehicles from the auction because they need a class 3 license, which only junk yards get. Her answer to this was that they've been in business for 35 years, they sell over 100 engines a day, and she's been working there for 9 years. Yet, they are not accredited on the BBB? The Better Business Bureau rated them "F", they have 62 complaints that have not been resolved and have had 325 complaints filed against them. Wow!!
I tried to email Remann back to the email sent me the quote from and it came back as undeliverable!
I wanted to ask them how do they prove the miles on the engine, do they have the actual title on the vehicle the engine came out of. My friend in the auto body business told me not to trust them because even if they do sell me the actual motor and the miles are not lies, you still can't trust them because nobody gives you 5 year warranty on a used engine! They'll come up with all kinds of excuses why they won't cover you!

Remanns engines, Quality Engines, Engine and Transmission World, Engine Shopper, South West engines, Midwest Auto Recycling (a total of 18 names) is a very dishonest company. You will be lucky if they send you an engine that works. Remember, pure lucky. They don't inspect any engine they sell. They just put in a pallet. Then good luck to you.
Another dishonest thing they do. They will NOT return your core fee. I have been fighting for several months to, at least, get an answer. When they answered the phone, they transferred to somebody that never answer the phone and never call you back. Their address is 2100 E College Ave. Cudahy, WI. They were sued several times but never received the punishment they deserved. They steal from so many people. If you will sue them, you will lose. All that work there is part of the scam as well.
Do not do business with them. You won't be able to get your rights with them. The owners are ILLYA BRITKOVVY and DALE JONES. This Dale even sent me an email saying he is only a forklift Operator and gave me an extension number to talk with John (2064). Nobody ever answers, and the answer machine is always full. I believe this John does not even exist.
Go to BBB and search Engine Shopper, LLC. You will find all the information you need about them. These owners and other managers should be in jail, but it looks like justice does not exist in Cudahy, WI
I believe they laugh a lot to see how easy it is to steal from so many people, and nothing happened with them.

This company is under investigation by the Wisconsin Attorney General’s office. They are in court.

These people are crooks….everyone I spoke with was a liar.
Do your research.

After 2 weeks and emails updates on why it's late. I got a refund.
The company continues to send emails. I canceled my order......please don't send.

Second 5.0 for my f150 first engine did make it out of shop and now the second engine failing with less than 4000 miles, lot of metal in oil no power very disappointing. Installed by licensed shop and maintenance by licensed shop. Now I need the third engine hopefully third time is charm. I’m sure this will be hide from public view. I have the receipt for both engines please request before you shut me up. First engines claim number wc00198597. Original engine installed 4/29/24 second engine installed 7/5/24. Second oil change 9/24/24 more metal in oil videos loss of power pulling slight grade. Totally disappointed. You have enough information to contact me with the claim number.

Ordered CVT from them. Everything seemed fine and thought price was reasonable however the CVT I was sent was in just as bad of shape as the one it replaced.
Still don't have working vehicle and 2 months after filing their warranty claim have heard nothing. Email returns as undeliverable and no one answers phone. Stay away!!!! Unreliable!! Unethical!!

I in good faith, and being very busy with every day life events, ordered a used transmission from This company. it was for my daughters 2010 Chevy malibu. gave all the info. it seemed to go smoothly with out a hitch, So i got email confirmation, every thing was legit. So when the shop got the delivery, He called me and said was the wrong part! OMG, So i called Customer service and was told to fill out a warranty form, and i told her its not bad, its just wrong part sent. She told me i had to fill out form anyways to get return and another part sent, ok great i thought , more time and money....SMH. it was very difficult to upload pic on there site, i managed to get one uploaded. days passed, I called then and was told that was not the part that they sent, So it was denied!!! OMG, what are they talking about.. So called ageing after i got home from work, and was told that i needed to sent in more Pic...So i managed to get four pic sent . again I was told that it was not there part, So i was denied . then I received a Email that my case was closed!! also i did leave out the part that I used foul language the first time when the CSR told me that was not the part they sent!!! I'm not proud of that but i lost my temper cause i thought i just lost 1400$ .....

So I'm on my second engine now they sent a 750$ check for a 2500$ Bill on an engine that had less then 4k miles. This second engine has less then 1k miles and the master seal is leaking oil. Since they only want to pay 50$ an hour labor, Mexico's mechanic rate. I'm going to probably have to do the work myself. This is by far the biggest scam engine company on the Internet. I wouldn't even refer my ex wife here.

This company is such a rip of. 8 days later order still not processed.. canceled order . 3 wkes later no refund . Had to call credit cRd co.. this pos Co tried to keep $500 as a cancelation fee.. had to get credit card Co to get all.my money

STAY AWAY FROM THEM HOPE THE PLACE BURNS DOEN AND THERE KIDS DIE SLOW.FROM CANCER

This business should be utterly shut down by the state. They literally take customers money and rob them by giving them broken engines, and with no recourse to receive a refund or real warranty.

All of their policies are made to watch out only To themselves, and literally nothing for the customer.

Do not purchase anything through this Company!

I bought a transmission , that was wrong, it got
sent back and there was no replacement
never got back My refund for $1000.00
