I signed up for US Global Mail with the expectation of getting a reliable US-based mailbox. The sign-up process was smooth, but that's where the good experience ended.
My verification documents were rejected. While that can happen, the real problem is what followed. I immediately wrote back to their support team, accepting their decision and requesting a refund for the service I couldn't use.
That was over a month ago. Since then, I have received absolutely no response. My email has been ignored, and my money has not been returned. It's completely unacceptable to take a customer's payment and then go silent when the service cannot be provided.
If they can't handle a simple refund request or even reply to an email, I would seriously question their ability to handle something as important as mail. I cannot recommend them.

Purchased a virtual address for LLC formation in WA state and was not told until AFTER purchase that the address is a PMB, which is prohibited for LLC formation in WA state. The team was kind enough to give me a full refund after I flagged this and given I requested the refund 72 hrs after setting up my account, however I still feel this is unethical and a bit of a bait and switch. Many folks are using this service bc they don't want/need a PO Box or PMB; they should be crystal clear UP FRONT on this.

Actually I didn't use the main service yet.But I had to interact with their support, regarding my plan and a mistake I did with the my billing. And It was very smooth and professional (thanks Neil), also the verification process was nice and fast, via zoom call. I'm really glad with the experience so far ,and just like to share it here.
Was skeptical at first due to reports of unreliability with this type of service and other related companies. I settled on this company as they seemed the most competent. Which they are. I have received multiple pieces of mail from the. I subscribe to the cheapest plan. 25 free scans per month might be low but I do not receive much mail so anymore has not been necessary yet. I had a check mailed to my bank from them recently and everything went perfectly. The mail fee seemed expensive for just a check but they force you to mail the whole package the check came in I believe, so they sent a whole large manilla envelope of documents along with the check to my bank incurring a large postal cost. I dont really care though as long as the check went through. There customer service responses were thorough and fast and solved every issue I had. I use their Texas location for my address.
I get one piece of mail per year on the average....today was the one day...I had what I thought was a simple question....I have called the 4 times over the course of a regular business day..got a recording each time...no call back and no message on my on line account...sent two emails...no response..poor (actually none) customer service.
Mylene did an excellent job handling my request for assistance. She was timely, accurate, and dependable. Good Job!
After my horrific experience with another virtual mail service who I will not name
[🤧postscanmail🤧😷] and I really wanted to use the street address for a business that's really friendly and remembered me as one of their customers from 2 years ago. U S Global Mail, so far, is so easy. I called the customer service phone number and I spoke to a live actual person within 60 seconds. I think it was actually even less than 30 seconds! 🤯 She was friendly, answered my questions, explained the answer, and even gave me a slight discount simply because I had such a horrific experience with a different company. I have to do the online notary later today. I really hope that's the cherry on top of the ice cream chocolate brownie service experience. If it goes as easy as just signing up, which took me less than 5 minutes; I may actually cry.

I signed up, entered my credit card, encountered trouble while registering, contacted tech help, decided to cancel because it became more costly and complicated. She said she couldn’t cancel, I’d have to cancel in the portal. I canceled in the portal, while she was on the phone with me. Then a month later I received a bill. I contacted them for a refund. Tech help saw I canceled it, but said it had to “go to review.” Several tech help chats later, and a phone call, with the same person Kat, Katrina, she said she’d expedite the refund, and I would receive confirmation “shortly”. Define shortly? I am still waiting. Suggestion: be clear about the service costs upfront; take the credit card at the end of the set up, not beginning, so customers can see the actual product and costs upfront; honor the 30-day money back guarantee without a run-around; empower your employees to solve problems without “sending to review”; remove the 100% satisfaction brags from your website, when it’s obviously untrue; I’m happy for those who’ve received their mail. I wonder how their review will change when they cancel? Two stars because the chats exist, and it sounds like the people are human and at least try to solve problems. I am still waiting for the refund. UPDATE. They did send the refund. October 3.
It is a great and efficient service but they charge you 400% higher prices for shipping than regular shipping. I can’t even understand how that can be legal. Just to give you an idea I wanted to ship a 2 lbs book from Us to Italy and they quoted me $140 with USPS shipping g. When I checked on USPS the same shipping costed $20 dollars - unbelievable!!!!!!

I highly recommend US Global Mail. I receive my mail in a timely fashion. The new system US Global Mail is using keeps you informed and if you have any questions the staff is awesome.
I’ve used this service for nearly 8 years. Never had any issues with their service until very recently and that issue was mainly caused by the hurricane damage in Houston. What happened was I received a very large check with a contract in my box. I had it scanned and then asked for the check to be deposited in my bank. I made the request on Friday afternoon. They planned to overnight the check to the bank on Monday. But, the hurricane hit so they were closed on Monday. No one notified me. On Tuesday I saw the check hadn’t moved so I contacted customer service. They apologized and said the check was going out Tuesday when they reopened. So, I waited and saw it did not move on Tuesday either. Contacted them again. They apologized again and said FedEx didn’t come to pickup. On Wednesday it still hadn’t moved. On Thursday it finally moved and arrived at my bank Friday morning. Then, I found out that they had sent not only the check but the 10 page contract with it!

Been using for over 2 years with no problems. I like having an address in whatever state I want. Only complaint is that their "80% off regular shipping rates" is complete b.s. It's closer to 2X to 3X MORE than the shippers' rates. So if I need something sent out of the country, I have them send it Priority or Ground UPS to my preferred shipper and they send it to me very cheaply. The fact that they insist on making that claim makes it hard for me to even give 4 stars. One has to wonder what else of their claims are untrue. Strongly advise US Global Mail to stop making that claim.
I’ve used this service for a few years now to receive mail in the US while living abroad. Customer Service is highly responsive and willing to help. Also, they are very good at consolidating mail/packages for shipment. It’s always done well and efficiently. Very good shipping rates mailing from the US to Europe. Highly recommend this service.
US Global Mail has been my mail forwarding provider for the last 14 years. Without their services I would not be able to work remotely and get paid by my clients. The receiving of emails that alert me to incoming mail is perfect for deciding if items need to come to me out of the US. Their depositing of checks allows me to get payments sent directly to my bank. Without US Global MAil I would not have the freedom to work abroad.
The company has charged me 5 times after I told them to cancel my subscription, predatory and unfair scummy business practice.

US Global Mail has been a trustworthy service provider that helps me manage critical correspondence as a global traveller.
Good quality help when password stopped working. Forwarding prices are reasonable if choose US mail. Price of forward to Thailand was significantly less than if I ask my sister to do it.
