Eight of us visited Lake Chickamauga for strictly bass fishing. Four trucks and four boats. This place was excellent! The outside had more than enough room for all of us to park and could accommodate a lot more vehicles. Since we are such "hard fisherman" and are used to staying in empty cabins, we didn't mention to the rest of fellow fisherman back home about relaxing in the comfort of the home, or sitting back in the large screened in pavilion trading fish stories. The home was very nice and is situated about a rock throw away of one of the best country restaurants I've eaten at. We had so many biscuits and gravy every morning its a wonder we could throw a pole, but we did and managed to catch lots of fish! Its was an excellent week for fishing. Best fishing trip ever and catch wait to stay here next year.

Our group of 8 had a great time. The house was perfect, we enjoyed making several of our meals in the wonderful kitchen and seeing the nightlights of Nashville from the huge deck. Greg was a great help with any questions we had. We certainly would stay again.

Great place it is just taking longer than I expected to received my deposit back. It's going to be a month and i haven't received it.

It easy to use when you are looking for a house. Good information and easy to navigate.

I've used Vacation Rentals, Home Away, VRBO a few times and have no complaints. But when I visited the site recently to look for a place to stay, I was seriously disappointed by the discrepancy between the daily rate advertised on the website and the total due to complete a rental. Breaking the total down to a daily equivalent, the cost exceeded the rate stated in the website by a completely unacceptable margin.

Beach cottage was just as advertised. We had a wonderful stay on the beach.

We love the condo! We would recommend this condo and property to stay in. There was 8 of us that stayed for a week and never felt crowed. We were impressed when one of the shower heads broke and was repaired the next day. We love the Stressless chairs. The kitchen is well stocked, has everything you need. However the tree table is an eyesore. We felt like that space is wasted. How about a sitting area and instead. Maybe a pull out sleeper sofa.

This is the second time that we have used VRBO for a unit in Oahu. Both times reservations were easy and being able to contact the owner directly was very helpful.

Two complaints from our most recent transactions are strictly related to the website/customer service:

We initially made our arrangements via phone call through the website. The person on the other end got our email address wrong. We almost lost our deposit because we never received the notice for final payment. Fortunately, the owners were understanding and accepted our late payment.

Then, we decided to arrive earlier than we scheduled. However, the website did not allow us to enter the available earlier arrival unless we paid additional deposits and booked for one more night than we needed.
Once again the owner came through.

These are very critical issues that should be addressed.

The apartment is a very nice one. It is nicely designed and well equipped.
We have stayed in the last 7 years 6 times in La Perla and this is a nice one.
The only thing not suitable for us was the bunk bad in the second bedroom which is very good for a family with kids but definitely not suitable for 2 adults families.
Shall revert next year in the same apartment if available.

Vacation Rentals does not provide any means of support if you are not satisfied with the rental. There is no recourse if the property you arrive at is not as described. They need to do much more to validate the rentals and support their customers who rent though the site. It's the buyer be aware here because this company wont help you.

My experience with VacationRental was smooth and simple. Customer service representatives were helpful and efficient. I would recommend using them to others and I will use them again.

I have had some issues with the payment process. One person tried to get money from me that I hadn't recieved and they claimed they had paid. Another person's payment was refused twice but I am not sure it was from this end or from her end. So the jury is still out for me. It was a great winter but I haven't had a request in weeks. You would think Spring would be the best time to be skiing.....
