The online process was very confusing. I had to give my credit card # THREE times including to a local realtor to get the rental book. Not an efficient process. Also, getting help and clarity on what to do next was a nightmare with an overseas operator. Limited knowledge and English. Hopefully the rental will be worth it!

The apartment we rented was in an excellent location. It was very comfortable and clean. The owners were very helpful, even meeting us to provide a tour of the facilities. The amenities available were outstanding. We would definetly consider this apartment in the future.

Your filters of locations are completely wrong, to put single family homes in a condo complex is per plexing.
Then to request a location and give locations in less expensive areas hours away from the Owners property seems wrong as the pricing is so different.
Not sure how this could ever work the way you have your filters ..

Really feel a special deal credit is something you should offer for misleading my ad..Atleast I can see if it gets some requests to make up for the months of nothing.

The condo was very clean had everything you needed. Beds was very comfy, all the people was very friendly

I believe the setup and the process is well laid out making it easy for the renters to understand the details of the room and other elements.

In comparison to ABNB the overall cost of renting ran at 11℅ without annual subscription for 6 day rental, I think it's quite high honestly vs 4.9% and that's the reason I'm deducting one star.

Out stay was excellent. We loved every minute of our vacation. The home was in best location for a family. We loved the beach and the downtown area. House was well equipped and in excellent condition. Accurate description and the owner left nothing out including tips on area and recommendations.

Home is one of the first in the neighborhood. So much peace and quiet and privacy. Kind of in the middle of nowhere, which we didn't anticipate. Home was beautiful, super clean, large, and very comfortable. The hot tub was great from a distance, but filthy! The kids couldn't see the bottom of the hot tub with their goggles on. Hope they got it cleaned soon. They community pool was far away, hard to find, and little. But the house again, was awesome!

The good news is the DC neighborhood was great! Lots of funky neighborhood hangouts, coffee houses, restaurants and bars. Good walking distance to the metro. The not so good: we were in the basement unit and you could literally hear snoring in the floor above. The slightest noise from above came roaring through the floor at all hours. Beds were like pool tables, better to look at than sleep on. The common area, kitchen, dining, living worked fine for a group of people. We never cooked with all the great closeby places to eat but it seemed to be well equipped. Light was out over front door and couldn't see in the dark, we tried repeatedly for 2 1/2 days to reach the owners and could not even leave a message. Once we could finally reached them they were very quick to respond.

The house was beautiful and well appointed. It was surprisingly large and a great layout for families. It is advertised as a 3 bedroom, but also included a study, which was perfect for our 2.5 yr old in a pack n play. This was the best VRBO experience I've ever had!

Love staying here and the owners are fantastic and easy to work with!

I am not interested in sharing my rental information with your site which you take in the booking calendar section. I don't like you emailing my potential and acquired renters either. I also will not be renewing because of the increase in price. I think you will lose a lot of the monthly units. We have only an average of 2 or 3 open months and when we do rent is usually for 2 to 3 months at a time. I am not going to pay your rate for a max of maybe 3 or 4 rentals. I have repeat yearly renters and don't need to advertise that much. I don't want you collecting monies for me either. This entire site has changed from it's original concept and is no longer for the little one unit owner renting their place. Your site will no longer be for us.

Everthing was what we expected. We always check the site when we are planning a family vaction or just a weekend get away for the two of us.

Everything was as it should have been, communication was excellent. Was as described, went smoothly and would definitely recommend.

We rented a house in Oahu as and it was beautiful. It was a very positive experience and I would definitely do it again.

I loved the view from our 11th floor condo balcony. The condo was nice & clean although the cleaning supplies weren't enough for easy cleaning during our stay (I had to purchase trash bags & sponges) & the kitchen is only set up for the basics (I purchased a had to purchase a cookie sheet). The washer-dryer & two baths were a lifesaver with my teenagers. The WiFi was slow but that gave me an excuse to ignore work & focus on the sunset & forced the kids to put their phones down & go to the beach. The elevators are pretty congested at times & getting in & out of the garage from the 11th floor isn't for the impatient. However, you are near a lot of places to eat & a variety of stores so I only left the garage twice during our week-long stay.
Security at the condo was good but the local police were pretty heavy handed, especially when it came to young people with a darker pigment in their skin; I felt we were under siege at times with so many police officers & attack dogs on the street. I suggest the local community find a better balance to make people feel more welcome.
Everyone had a blast, the facilities & beach made that happen...we would stay in the facility again but may have to opt for a someplace with less of a "southern police state feel" if I'm vacationing with my boy's black & brown friends.
