Great customer service
Ordered a few perfumes from here delivery was really quick and customer service was great. Perfumes smelt amazing. Will be ordering again had a 10% discount code too

Return policy is unfair
I found this company with a good selection and competitive pricing. As the shipping was very delayed (no dispatch after 2 weeks) Inl requested if I could cancel che order. They said it had been shipped but they could just get it back directly from the courier so I wouldn't have to pay for shipping which was very efficient. I asked clearly if there would be any additional charges in the process as I saw something in the T&Cs but got no feedback and assumed I would be refunded for the entire sum.
Turns out the retain 20% for return handling fees! I though this could have been handled better, just by listing the fees at my request so that I could make an informed decision about returning my order. Not impressed unfortunately and I've paid over £23 without receiving anything.

As your order had already been processed and shipped at the time the cancellation request was made, we arranged for the parcel to be returned directly by the courier as a courtesy, saving you the cost and inconvenience of returning it yourself. The return handling fee applied is outlined in our Terms & Conditions and covers the costs incurred in processing and intercepting the shipment.
That said, we understand your concern regarding the communication of these charges. We appreciate your feedback and will review how we communicate return fees during the cancellation process to ensure customers have all the information needed to make an informed decision.
