Do not buy from Vencano
Ordered some boots. When they came they were miles too small and looked nothing like the quality of the product ordered.
There is no way to send them back and no way to make contact their customer services to seek help/support.
Its just a scam - don't buy from them.

Great place to find clothing that I can’t find in stores
My items shipped in about 2 weeks. As usual I loved some pieces more than others. Great price on all my items. I found unique items I can’t find in stores to wear on a cruise.

Disappointing to say the least
I ordered about $100.00 worth of shirts from this company for Christmas presents. I received them after Christmas, was charged $30.00 for the shipping, and all of the shirts are cheep looking, and the fabric quality is just awful. I tried to get a hold of the company to return them, but they want me to pay the return shipping costs. No way!!!!
Worst experience ever!!!! Still, Cannot get in touch to return these clothes. Can’t reach anyone, I have selected “contact us” and I have tried to create a return request on your website.I think it’s only fair that now the company attempts to contact me. I have tried to reach out and no response.

We bought the dress for a family picture and I had to pay for the express shipping ($22) I was kind of afraid it would not matter butttttt it was here super fast. Not only were we happy with the product but I was very happy with the service. I never write reviews but I do read them. We were happy with our service and product and will be ordering again.

Was a great experience
Was a great experience, shipping was fast and matching jammies were super cute and soft. We used them for Christmas photos in our new home and have had so many compliments on them. We’ve been wearing them like crazy and can’t get enough of them. We definitely will be buying some next year as well.
