Assez vite livraison car j'ai commandé au Canada et reçois dans 10 jours ma première commande. La qualité est superbe de tout les choses! Les grandeurs sont parfait pour ma fille et mon garçon. Ils ont moyen pour son âge et porte normalement la grandeur de son âge. Le pris est moyen mais ça va la peine pour très bon qualité! J'ai commandé pruisiuers chose comme veste de printemps, robes, pantalons, chemises etc...tout est super! Je suis plus que satisfais de ma commande avec verbaudet.

I ordered every month for my kids. There are very pretty, stunning and comfy clothes. My kids are very satisfied. Delivery is fast. I asked about order once, they could answer for it as soon as possible. Their service is excellent.

Par contre petit point négatif pour le site il faut a chaque fois se reconnecter au site ca ne reste jamais enregistré ( mais le panier est tout de même sauvegarde généralement)

Very Wonderfull

Ordered a walker for my daughter two and a half weeks ago. The website says they aim to deliver within a week. Took almost two weeks for them to ship and now the parcel seems to have been in limbo with Hermes for the last 4 days.

Not impressed when spending £70 on an item that it takes so long to come. Emailed them twice and they just say it’s on the way, not explanation on what’s taking so long.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. 2 out of 3 orders have got lost in the post and their customer service is unavailable. I’m trying to return an order and they did not put a label in for returns as expected and despite ensuring for one they haven’t responded. I think the company has some lovely stuff on their site. But after the loss of a parcel from them before Christmas, with terrible customer service and what now appears to be the loss of a second parcel… they are very unavailable by email which has a turnaround of a few days at best. I would advise people to buy elsewhere. They haven’t even contacted me after leaving a poor review last week, so they clearly just don’t care. Updated, Feb 2022

Commande en attente depuis 2mois sans retour positif de votre part, par contre l'encaissement à été très rapide !!
Il serait peut-être bien de gérer correctement vos commandes ! 2 fois qu'on me livre mon produits et à nouveau perdu peut-être...

Everything you buy is considerably more expensive on Vertbaudet's US website than on their French website even though their French prices include a 20% sales tax (TVA). What a despicable business practice when you know that you actually buy the same products/items from the same warehouse(s) in France. You are cheated a first time.

US customers should also be very careful when they buy from Vertbaudet's US website. If you pay with a credit card, you will be charged an additional foreign transaction fee (~ 3% of the total) by your bank (unless you use a credit card that waives this fee). Vertbaudet, dishonestly, doesn't warn you. This fee and any additional fees are hidden in their Terms and Conditions. You are cheated a second time.

This intentional lack of transparency makes me question Vertbaudet's integrity.

Despicable customer service.

I bought some wall stickers for my daughters bedroom and when I took them off, very carefully I might add, they caused considerable damage to the wall. Several layers of paint was stripped down to the plaster and even some of that came off. An absolute mess and requires a full on repair and paint job.

I contacted customer service and after sending lots of pictures of the damage they came back with this:

"Using the product for domestic purposes: We will be responsible for any loss that you suffer as a result of a product’s failure, provided the reason for its failure was reasonably foreseeable by both you and us when the contract was completed.

The feedback regarding the constraints caused was escalated and analysed internally. After analysis, the company does not find the circumstances thus described to allow any further action on its own capacity. As the wall damage was not reasonably foreseeable by both the customer and the company when the contract was completed, we reached the unfortunate conclusion that the compensation request will not be fulfilled.

I mean really?!!!! If I had foreseen any potential damage, do you really think I would have put them on the wall in the first place? I'm absolutely flabbergasted. It's actually laughable that a company should respond like this. All I wanted was a bit of a contribution to the paint! Or even a small voucher to spend back with the company? Just a gesture that recognised that the stickers really did cause me a complete headache. Wish I could post pictures on here.

So beware of this company. Certainly their stickers! Shall not be using Vertbaudet in the future and I wholeheartedly cannot recommend them.
