VIEWBER TOTAL SCAM
I am a friend of a. "Viewber". She originally signed up for a way of filling her time and to earn a few pennies.Initially she got a rate of £25 per 30 minute viewing PLUS £0.25 per mile exes.Being realistic you are not going to make a fortune on those terms but she was happy to be doing something .
Then - overnight - Viewber changed their terms to........believe it or not.......£18 per 30 minute viewing PLUS nothing at all for mileage exes!
If you calculate time and mileage exes from home and back on a simple 30 minute viewing you end up earning much less than the minimum wage!!!!!!!!!!
How are these SHARKS allowed to get away with this?????

Sorry to hear that your friend is not satisfied with their experience of working as a Viewber. We work hard to ensure that our services provide a fair and reasonable compensation to Viewbers as well as ensuring that they are competitive and affordable for our clients. The fee available to Viewbers for each appointment changes based on the work required. Our analysis of the payments provided to Viewbers shows that for the vast majority of regions in the country, the Viewber fee is above the local average rate. Being a Viewber gives a unique ability to accept or decline any appointment and Viewbers are made aware of the fee available for each appointment before they choose to accept an appointment. The feedback we received from Viewbers and clients as well as the high costs of implementing and managing mileage payment calculations led to making the difficult decision to reduce the use of mileage from a local appointment. As a growing company, we always welcome feedback to help improve the service for Viewbers.

Bit of a mess really. You try to do something simple- namely arrange an appointment for a viewer to view your flat. They make a massive hash of it with eight women calling you and emailing you with different instructions. I ended up having to text the Viewber guy who had my keys direct to check that the appointments suited him! Then I tried to get my keys returned - a service I paid for. I wanted them dropped at my new tenants office - drop down on their site says - drop within 3 miles - but there is nowhere for you to state where that location is!!! Then they say it has been confirmed - I double check with Viewber guy and he is refusing to do it because ‘they don’t pay me enough for my parking’! I call Viewber direct, they can’t transfer me, can’t sort the problem. Whole thing a massive mess. I give them 3 months max. Do. Not. Use.

Thanks for taking the trouble to reply Erica. Sadly there’s nothing simple about arranging a viewing, but with a complaint ratio of c.0.5% and over 100k viewings and four years operation it works far more often than not, we’re sorry it didn’t for you. Constructive advice is useful, having multiple staff communicating was an issue, so thank you. For the record we are still here.
They hold your keys to ransom!
We appointed this company to handle our flat viewings as they were recommended by emoov. When we took the flat off the market and asked them to return the keys they demanded we prove we owned the place and pay them £30! For our own keys that they iniatially collected directly from us. It's blackmail or theft! We already paid them £300 for the viewing service and they can't event return the keys! They are disgraceful and I would not trust them with your property!

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. Sadly the demise of Emoov left a number of people who had paid them for services which we hadn’t been paid for. Irritating though it was for you there was a cost attached to performing key returns and checking IDs, we followed the Administrator’s advice. Sorry you were caught in the crossfire.
