Viking Cycle has the worst customer service ever. I made an order and paid for Express Shipping. Its been 9 days, still hasn't shipped, cannot get anyone on the phone or their live chat system. They have already taken my payment and there are no means to even talk to them at this point to get my funds returned to me or to cancel the order that still has not been fulfilled.

Per their own shipping policy on their website: All orders are shipped on the same day, if ordered before noon EST, and you’ll get your order tracking number within 4-5 hours.

when you're a motorbike owner you got to think about your own safety ? and choosing motorbike gear is quite overwhelming ? at Viking Cycles there's a good range of textiles and leathers all depends which one you prefer and all made with good quality materials and it's very affordable at any budget and a very quick and speedy delivery so on that ride safe and hopefully I will see you out there ?

I purchased the ironborn 2.0. It was an excellent fit, had an abundance of pockets, and the padded areas are super comfortable. This is a great company with excellent products at reasonable prices.

Love the jacket it is of good guilty the zippers are well made love that the pads. Are easy to remove and all the pockets are great for whenyour on a long bike trip to protect your personal stuff

The people over at Viking Cycle are very accommodating for any little question I had. Whether it was about the appropriate size that would fit me best or what they would recommend for a “Florida” winter jacket. I ordered the Bloodaxe leather jacket and I could not be happier with my selection. It’s relatively lightweight for a fully padded leather motorcycle jacket and the build quality is top notch, it definitely rivals their larger competitors. All with a sub $150 price tag you can’t ask for more. Well worth the investment to keep me safe, cool and warm when I need it!

I have the Viking Cycle Ironborn women's textile jacket in black and I have to say this is now my favorite jacket. I almost always wear leathers and after this past weekend I am a textile convert. It is durable, fits amazingly, lightweight but heavy duty at the same time. I just love this jacket! The cost is low ($70) but the quality is really high! I absolutely recommend this line to everyone. They make men's jackets as well.

I have purchased two textile mesh riding jackets, a pair of leather chaps, and several pairs of riding gloves from Viking Cycle and have been impressed with all of my purchases. The quality is top-notch and the prices have been much cheaper than I've seen on other sites. When I need riding gear, Viking Cycle is the first place I go to.

Great people to work with and great quality items!

Viking Cycle's Textile jacket is very high quality. All of the seams are very secure and the textile seems to be very protective. The zippers are also very high quality which is important to me during a ride. I seem to unzip and zip up my jacket more often that the average person so this is often the first area to wear and tear on my jackets. Customer service is also very helpful and did not tire of my constant questions regarding sizing. Thank you!

I have the bloodaxe leather jacket and it's really nice. The jacket looks nice and also feels great. The leather seems like a good quality and is durable. The reflectors on the jacket are my favourite because it is SUPER bright when there is light on it so being visible at night is no problem. The jacket is full leather so I think it's a bit stiff for now until I break it in. Other than that the jacket fits great and there are tons of pockets to put everything you need on you!
