the message i wanted to be sent with the present was not sent with the basket ,it was a joke to my sister and its not your place to not send a joke message even if it is a bit dirty , keep to what you do best the chocolates.

Thank you for your feedback however I have checked your order following this review and I can see your gift message is indeed present on your order, we do not remove gift messages on our orders.
If you view our presentation and packaging tab on our website it will advise you that your gift message would have been on the outside of the delivery carton under a peel and reveal label for your recipient to see.
