I ordered two track suits. They were both supposed to be size 14. When I tryed to return the one that was two small. I was told it would cost me 15.75 the track suit was only 35.00 you are lead to believe it will cost €4.95 this is not true. There customers services are absolutely awful. So if you order and you don't like it and it cost you 15.00 there attitude is tough you just have to keep it or lose your money. BAD COMPANY.

Just got my orders, first time ordering off this site. What a waste of money...
The all in one set is bigger fitting the way it hangs off my body it makes it look so big and iam a 12-14. I also changed a lucky dip bag read a good review so said id change it. Got a horrible black light jumper with the high neck eh who wears them anymore plus I can't wear them it restricts my breathing and... dont even see it on there site only nice clothes. Seem lots of things was going to get next but 100% will never buy off this site again.

I contacted Virgo Boutique about a sizing issue, but the customer service was disappointing. The staff member I spoke with was dismissive and came across as condescending, and didn’t seem to properly listen to the issue being explained. Being told this had “never happened before” felt unhelpful and dismissive.

I’ve also asked multiple times on social media about petite sizing and never received a response. While there’s a strong focus on engaging with customers publicly, that hasn’t been my experience when actually trying to get support.

Overall, not a great customer service experience.

Cheap products, such a shame 😕 Returned everything. Two stars because the refund was prompt, although I did have to pay delivery to receive the products and to also then to send them back 👎

Disappointing
Is it a different product that was advertised? What I received were products of poor quality, variation in colour, fishy/ chemical smell, see through material, worn out bobbly knitwear and out of shape garments . Like something hanging in wardrobe for years. In all I purchased 8 items over 2 orders. I thought unlucky with first order as the quality was questionable but my second order is a disgrace! . I rarely do reviews but I am so disappointed with the items I received in my last order. The videos and pictures show fabulous stylish clothes , hats off to technology because what I got were rags. I would not recommend.

Very poor quality of clothes. I'm really disappointed, shein have way better quality and true to pictures clothes. I felt fooled when I got my order. Thin fabric, bad quality. I do not recommend it at all!

I ordered a blazer size 12 it was delivered 2 days later it was a little big I sent it back and ordered a smaller one again was delivered in 2 days and got refunded as well within 3 days, I found shopping here very easy and straight forward I love my blazer and will definitely shop here again .

Shocking poor quality clothes, threads coming out all over, buttons hanging off, see through cheapest material. Not at all as advertised. Wouldn't waste my time. Items also not true to size

You get what you pay for, cheap clothes. Do not attempt to return anything as they do not refund and will tell you they never received item. No proper customer service either. I've bought a lot of items from them but will no longer shop with them due to the BS they spin about returns. Stay away.

The clothes always look so beautiful online but they just never seem to suit me. I am 5ft3 and the clothes genuinely are a bad fit for petite people. Quality just isn't the same as a couple of years ago. I am so sorry to say this but I will not be buying from Virgo Boutique any longer.

Ordered the black co ord suit , waistcoat way too long I am 5ft 9 so this is completely not true to size! Trousers did fit but the most horrible smell from these garments was the worst part of this purchase.Very poor but you get what you pay for unfortunately.

You have to email them to request a return, they dont respond with any information how or where to return. They ignore you. So be weary if you're buying fron Virgo Boutique Ireland as they do not provide refunds on items.

Avoid if you want to return items: I bought 2 dresses and one was not as expected so I returned it via the instructions which said it would cost €4.95 but cost €6.00 to return. I left it with the post office and got a certificate of postage. A week went by and no communication from Virgo; so I emailed and asked customer service how long it would take for my refund (giving them all details required). They claim they didn’t receive the dress and that it must still be on the way. I emailed again after taking another trip to the post office to confirm it was collected. (The customer service wasn’t one bit helpful or sympathetic at all any time I got in touch - really could do with a few lessons in customer service) Again they said they never received it and therefore I wouldn’t be getting a refund. The dress cost €30 and €6 for returns; so I’m out of pocket €36. Lesson learned and will not or recommend to shop with this company.

This website states 4-6 days for delivery to Uk’! Doesn’t state that there will be customs charges on your parcel. I’ve looked this up and it states it can be £30-£40 , something they do t mention at checkout. I’ve been trying to track the parcel which states it’s abroad ! Lots of bizarre messages that don’t make sense over the past 5 days ! Also no delivery date and nothing helpful from Virgo either ! Be aware if you order from here and it doesn’t fit you’ll be substantially out of pocket on customs charges for items that don't fit! Still not clear if my package will actually arrive ! Will update if it does.

I love the style in virgo BUT I'm a size 16 on top and 14 on the bottom , I recently bought 5 tops and have sent them all back as the 16/18 is way too big but i think 12/14 would be too small , if there was 14/16 I'd be very happy , shame those sizes aren't available 😞

Ordered a dress it was delivered two days later dress fab great quality for the price love it thanks Virgo

I highly recommend Virgo, Luce is so relatable and has excellent customer service skills, her co workers are equally amazing and they really come across like they care about there customers and are extremely engaging, I would love to meet the team and have a tour around the warehouse lol

The garments are trendy colourful and catered for all shapes and sizes ! Modelled by different ladies to show clothes ( which is such a great touch )

I have ordered so many items and every single one I’ve been happy with and I’ve ordered for friends and family to, ( Im now known as peoples personal shopper ) buying at very reasonable prices and knowing that the comfort of each item is truly perfect !

Im forever recommending Virgo and know longer shop on the high street, so nice you can shop at a 5 star shop from the comfort of your sofa and not to mention the unbelievable fast delivery service that Virgo gives !

I think it’s safe to say I highly recommend you and everything about you

On a personal level Virgo keeps me company im of an evening, I’m a newly widow and have children and once they kids are in bed I look forward to the smiles and laughs that Luce and her team bring.. and the bargains x

I would stay away. 2 times I have ordered I have been let down. First time shipping took so long when it states delivery in 2-4 buisness days. Most recent order- I got an email that a shirt I wanted was back in stock 11 days ago, I ordered it and a few more jumpers, 10 days went by and not a single word from company. I then emailed today to query as I had bought the shirt for this coming weekend, which i thought would be well here by then. then they email back, not a response but a refund for the shirt and that the rest is being posted today. Would I have heard from them if I didn't email? Probably not for another 10 days. I told them how I felt and to cancel the whole order as the customer service was actually atrocious. They never even replied to say sorry. I wouldn't waste your hard earned money on such shambles.

Ordered a top and it was such cheap quality and defo not a 10-12 more like 14-16, honestly wouldnt order from them again as its the second item i got off them that was awful the quality of Shein clothes is better and way cheaper
