I came in expecting to rent an e-bike for $35, upon arrival i was asked to give a $500 deposit in case there were any damages made to the bikes, without being able to inspect the bikes first . Now, i would've been fine with it except for the fact that our first time doing e-biking, my friend got a damaged bike where as the front nor the back breaks wasn't working which caused her to crash twice ! Which could've led to serious damage if she didn't t know what she was doing. Which led me to feel i was being scammed for them to cover the cost of the other damaged bikes. Throughout this communication process i only could've think negatively because they were switching to a language where neither of us could've understand which led me to think again, i was being scammed. This was a good business idea, but the way the situation is being handled is not very good for business

The new “rules” is gonna be the Don’t fall of this Business, Pay $500 before using bikes is hilarious!!!! Why take $500 out of the Account before riding the bikes?Not even wait after the ride to see if there is any damage to pay the cost! I do NOT recommend.

After spending some time with the Vital i7 Pro, I can honestly say I’m impressed.

The bike is powerful, fast, comfortable, practical, and folds easily, making it perfect for everyday use. I’ve ridden many bikes over the years, and for the price, it’s hard to find something that offers this combination of performance, quality, and convenience.

Bought a vitilan v3 2.0. The website clearly states this bike has a water resistance standard of IPX6. I bought the bike.

Vitilan now claim the bike is IP54 which is a significant difference. Only the cable is IPX6.

They have amended their website stating the cable but refuse to acknowledge that it’s their error and they need to make it right or accept a return.

They have blocked me on social media and are now ignoring my emails.

Unfortunately they sold the bike in the uk so im covered by consumer rights act 2015. What could have been a simple resolution is now a full return at their expense.

Pretty much every reseller has IPX6 on their adverts. If you own a vitilan you’re entitled to a full refund! Check the sales website, if it just says ipx6 rated then this would imply it’s the whole unit. If it says cable they have recently changed it.

The bike was fine at first. But there is a fatal flaw in thier u7 model. The seat post down tube widens after around 6 inches which means the seat post can wiggle around inside the tube. This has caused my frame to crack at the top of the seat post down tube. Iv tried to get the issue sorted with vitilan but have been told to go get it welded or pay 300 euro and wait 2 months for a frame to be sent to me. I also tried to post on the official Facebook group but I was banned for trying to raise awareness of this design flaw. Please dont be fooled they only allow positive feedback on social media so for every happy customer there is going to be a lot more unhappy.

Purchased 2 X Vitilan U3 bikes which arrived sooner than expected . Build, quality and performance exceeded my expectations. I had reason to contact customer support regarding a setting and they could not have been more helpful and responsive. Highly recommend 👍🏻

I love my Vitilan T7 and the service is exceptional. I have it since July, 2024. The after-service is also 5 stars all the way. I recommend to all my friends.

When I received my vitilan T7 pro the box was open but when I unpacked it it was fine well packed out box happy with my new bike I give it 4 stars would have been 5 stars if the box was not open thanks from steve

J’ai commandé un vélo électrique chez Vitilan, attiré par des promotions présentées comme exceptionnelles et limitées dans le temps.

Le vélo reçu ne fonctionnait pas dès le jour de la livraison. J’ai contacté le service client immédiatement, fourni des preuves, échangé de nombreux emails et effectué plusieurs signalements. Malgré cela, Vitilan a refusé catégoriquement toute reprise ou remboursement.

Après plusieurs démarches en France (banque, organismes d’aide aux consommateurs), il m’a été indiqué que les possibilités de recours étaient très limitées, voire inexistantes, car l’entreprise est basée en Chine. Aucune solution concrète n’a pu m’être proposée.

Je précise également que le site donne l’impression d’une marque européenne ou américaine, alors qu’en réalité la société est chinoise, et que les promotions affichées comme urgentes semblent permanentes et purement marketing.

Je partage mon expérience uniquement pour avertir les futurs acheteurs : en cas de problème sérieux dès la réception, il est très difficile d’obtenir une solution ou un recours.

Great Bike. I ride it to work in the summer and no problems so far. Bit on the heavy side to fold and take battery out but overall a 10 out of 10. Don’t hesitate you will be happy!!

My wife and I both purchased Vitilan e-bikes close to two years ago, and after extensive, regular use, we can confidently say they have exceeded our expectations. I’ve been using this Vitilan bike for over two years and have been very happy with it. The battery performance is excellent, and the bike feels solidly built with high-quality materials.

When I first purchased it, there was a minor issue with a missing screw on the LCD. I contacted their support team and received a prompt and helpful response. Since then, I haven’t needed to reach out again, as the bike has been very reliable.

The foldable design is a big plus—it makes storage and transportation extremely convenient. Overall, it’s been a dependable and well-designed bike that has held up very well over time.

Me and my wife share a bike. One day she’s on the Vitilane e-bike and I’m stuck with a boring normal bike.
The next day I’m on the Vitilane e-bike. Those are my favorite days. I have the big wheel so I’m able to take it on packed sand and rougher terrain than the average bicycle. At this point we beg each other to be the one on the Vitilane. They have my blessing ! Pick one up. Fast reliable and the charge holds for days.customer service was top notch! 6 stars

I couldn't be happier with my Vitilan. It's been wonderful with good battery life, and exceptional durability. I've had mine over a year and a half and it's been flawless.

Overall we are happy with our ebikes. The only issue is have had so far is anything error code 22 where I have to wiggle my wires for the throttle. Otherwise our i7 and u3 have been pretty reliable!

Great bike overall. I have over 1000km now. Never failed and battery last really long - 60 to 100km if you sometimes pedalling. I recommend it 100%.
