Perfect first salon experience
My 13 year old daughter had her first “big girl” haircut and colour by Courtney at the New Plymouth salon. She was amazing and asked my daughter what she wanted, explained why and how to care for her hair and made the experience really special for her all while doing a fantastic job!

Best Vivo branch
I regulary go to this branch. Not quite sure why but maybe I'm drawn to the teams hospitality and service. They give me options for my hair and I always feel great after my visit.

Zalton is a gem
Zalton is a gem. I am not very familiar with the different kinds of hair treatments, and he so patiently explained them to me and asked me questions about any hair treatments that I had before. He was very friendly and I enjoyed hearing about his trip to the Philippines. He gave me advice on how to maintain my hair and recommended a good shampoo and conditioner. I am hoping to come back in September to have another treatment and would love for Zalton to be my stylist again. Thank you, Zalton, you made this busy Momma's salon visit very pleasant and relaxing. :)
