From first contact to purchase of our MG HS Trophy Ryan from Vospers MG Exeter was efficient, professional and was obviously extremely knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the MG brand. Ryan explained everything concisely and was always available to answer our questions. The deal agreed for our part exchange was fair and favourable when compared to other offers. Recently bought a three year old fiesta from Vospers Exeter. Ashley was both helpful and professional throughout. After we had chosen the preferred car, I noticed a small problem with the paintwork at the rear. Ashley raised the matter before I did and arranged for a day in the body shop at a time convenient to us. Good customer service. And the car is lovely.

Mike Jones helped me with a beautiful used car I purchased this week. He was very clear, helpful and friendly. The car was well prepped for my first test drive and he made route recommendations so I could do a thorough test. He kindly took note of any final preparations to the car. He also ordered a part for the boot (a part of trim was missing) which I didn't notice.
He kindly rescheduled his lunch so I could collect the car early, and he wiped the dusty rain off, so the car looked fantastic when I arrived. When the purchase was done, he let me know to get in touch anytime for a follow up if I needed anything.

We visited Vospers as we were intending to change our Ford Fiesta for a newer model. We were made welcome by their sales staff, especially Mike Jones who discussed what we were looking for and were good at listening. In the end we decided to buy a newish Puma. There was no pressure selling, but a genuine interest to provide for our needs, and had no problem in bring the car we wanted over from Plymouth.

We went to Vospers Exeter to look at a Jaecoo and we were looked after by Dan. We are very impressed by the car and its all its features and duly purchased it. We were particularly impressed by Dan and the other staff at the Exeter branch, excellent service from start to finish and even swapped our personalised number plates for us! Also lovely coffee!! Highly recommend. Love Mr and Mrs Pyke

I was most impressed with the friendly and very professional approach by the senior sales man Mr Chris Hughes.He spent a great deal of time with us and nothing was too much trouble. He ensured that we were happy with all aspects of the sale and his great understanding of the car was very impressive and gave me confidence in the product. Poor communication after initial call, had to argue to get cam belt replaced when it was part of the purchase agreement, when collecting car air conditioning didn’t work and had to wait while it was regassed .
Emailed on 29/6/25 as reverse camera has stopped working the morning after collection only to be told to claim under extended warranty, Questioned invoice given for rectification work stating Falken tyres had been fitted but were not the brand on the car and asking for clarification on the service that was carried out as there was no mention of this on the 2 invoices given to us on handover by Chris Hughes.

As of 25/07/2025 only 1 of the issues raised has been answered the further emails or calls have been received
UPDATE had email from Vospers 4/08/25
As below which was responded to saying Chris is mistaken and nothing has been sorted out and here we are a week later with NO response!!!

Picked up my Abarth 595 at the weekend which was all arranged through Chris Hughes. The process was swift and before I knew it I was on the road with my awesome new wheels.
