Russell Davis…What a great friendly guy , he was so nice and easy to deal with and made everything so smooth and easy , i barley had to speak on the phone and he made it so everything was easy and mostly done remotely which also wasn’t that much to do. I didn’t expect things to be so smooth and easy and was very reassuring. Honestly didn’t expect it to be such an easy process.I highly recommend this man and the company in general, especially if you have anxiety about the process and going through with it as I in fact put it off but it really wasn’t awkward long or an effort. I should have done it sooner and I would have this great car sooner!

I was really impressed by the service from Vospers Mazda Exeter, especially from Josh. Josh was warm and welcoming, extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. He put me at ease and answered any questions I had without ever making me feel pressured. I am so grateful to him for the time he spent helping me choose a car that suited me.

Not my personal experience, but both my Dad & Son have recently brought cars from Torquay Vospers & I have accompanied both. Both were dealt with by Susan Kennedy who really is a super saleswoman! She listens to what you want, your budget & finds something within the Vospers South West group. She is friendly, polite & makes sure the whole buying process runs smoothly. 10/10 Susan!

Exceptional service from Josh
Initially visited not knowing what I wanted. Josh was super helpful in explaining all options and even showing cars from outside his own showroom.
He performed a miracle when we called at 4pm on a Friday requesting a car be brought to the Exeter showroom for the next day.
And then the car was ready for pick up that Monday.
Josh had a welcoming manner, no over the top sales pitch and we built a really good relationship.
We would definitely recommend Josh and Vospers Exeter.

I wanted to purchase a particular model…
I wanted to purchase a particular model and spec from Mazda and trade in two cars as part of the deal. Josh James could not have been more helpful. The model is in very limited supply and Josh managed to find one pretty quickly. The whole business was completed quickly and professionally. Josh is very friendly, very competent and a great ambassador for Vospers.

Honda Civic bought
I recently bought a Honda Civic from Vospers and I can’t say enough good things about it. Especially Joshua who was very attentive over email and was a big part in why we bought the car! I made the drive from Bristol to Exeter and Joshua had made excellent preparations for us on a Saturday morning, the showroom was lovely and organised and made the buying journey that much easier! Would 100% buy from Vospers again

Vospers have an exceptional service team with extremely good customer care. I would not choose anywhere else to look after my car. I have recently used vospers for my annual service and MOT. I usually deal with Jess who is the assistant service manager. She provides excellent customer support and I cannot fault her in any. However she was on holiday this week and her assistant Rob Weedon provided me with the same excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble. I can highly recommend Vospers and their team

I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Chris Herbert. From start to finish, Chris was exceptional. He was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to thoroughly explain all the different options available to me. He made sure to work within my budget without ever making me feel pressured.
One of the standout moments for me was how clearly and confidently he explained PCP. I had so many misconceptions about it, and Chris broke everything down in a way that made perfect sense. I even went back to work and explained it to several colleagues we all realized we had completely misunderstood PCP before!
Chris communicated brilliantly throughout the entire process. He responded promptly to my emails and calls, and kept me updated every step of the way. When it came time to collect my car, he walked me through every feature despite the rain and did it all with a smile and the utmost professionalism.
I am genuinely impressed with the level of service I received. Chris Herbert is an amazing asset to Vospers, and I will definitely be recommending both the dealership and Chris to friends, family, and colleagues. If you're thinking of buying a car, go to Vospers and ask for Chris you won’t be disappointed

!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!
My mum bought an EcoSport 2 months ago from Keith Dainton at Vospers Torquay. We live in Essex and she thought she was doing the right thing buying a car from Devon with low mileage. Was fully assured we would be able to take to a local ‘Ford approved garage’ if any issues were to arise.
The car was sold as ‘immaculate condition’. Once we got home noticed damage to the roof. Reached out to Keith, he acknowledged and apologied that this should’ve been picked up on inspection.
Keith repeatedly asked us to go back to Devon for their garage to carry out the works. I informed him this was ludicrous as it is a 4.1/2 hour journey, particularly as my mum is reaching 70 years of age and we were assured on purchase, if any issues were to arise we could take it to a local Ford approved garage.
With a long winded back and forth, we were eventually told to go to a garage an hours drive from our house. They provided a quote to Vosper, to which Keith informed us was ‘far too high’.
2 weeks ago I asked Keith to escalate this matter to his regional manager. To date I have heard nothing, even though I followed up with Keith last week and asked for an update. Still.Nothing.
TWO MONTHS DOWN THE LINE AND THIS IS STILL AN ONGOING ISSUE.
I am beyond disappointed with the lack of communication and lack of customer service provided after purchase.
With all this in mind, I would not recommend this car dealership to anyone.

Russell Went Above and Beyond for Me
I don’t usually write reviews (I still struggle with computers!), but I really wanted to say how wonderful Russell was when I bought my Mazda CX-5. This was the first car I’ve had to buy on my own since losing my husband, and I was very nervous about the whole thing.
Russell made everything feel so much easier. He was calm, patient and very trustworthy, and he took the time to explain things in a way I could understand. I never felt rushed or pushed in any way. He let me go at my own pace, which meant a great deal to me.
What impressed me even more was that he personally delivered my new car to my home and took away my old one for me. I thought that was exceptional service, especially as I would have struggled to manage it all myself.
Since getting the car, I’ve phoned him with all sorts of questions (probably far too many!), and he has always been happy to help. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble.
Russell is a real asset to the company, and I’m very grateful for everything he did for me.

Brilliant service from Vospers at Truro…
Brilliant service from Vospers at Truro when buying a replacement Transit Custom van for one that got written off after an accident.
John May was very helpful and very patient when it came to sorting all the requirements needed to get me back on the road as quickly as possible.
Communication was excellent all the way through too even after having driven it off the forecourt. Third van from Vospers no doubt it won’t be the last!
