VP Smart Removals Bewertungen

Moved house with VP last Tuesday and the whole process from start to finish was excellent! Ana was super responsive on the phone and was able to answer all of our queries, and then on the day Emil and Nikolai arrived 10 mins early and were total professionals. They totally understood the stress of moving, were very considerate with our things and our cat and were very personable. Couldn't recommend VP any more!

I have had the pleasure of hiring VP Smart Removals twice during my numerous moves, and I am left with a great impression every time. The workers are honest, kind, very careful with your belongings and put a lot of thought into how your things are organized. With VP dealing with my personal belongings, I always felt calm, which is an amazing feeling during a stressful process such as moving. All my belongings arrived in the exact same condition. Additionally the staff is very understanding when it comes to unforeseen circumstances, very humane and comforting.

Everyone at VP Smart Removals was great to deal with from quotation through to packing and delivery. I was so impressed by their professionalism, speed, care and friendliness – they were superb. They made what could have been a very stressful situation, completely stress free. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Peter and his team at VP Smart Removals. They made our house move, from Surrey to the NorthEast, far less stressful - such a helpful team, reassuring and professional. They packed the removals one day and delivered the next (one of the few removal companies that offer this option) - and it was seamless. Great price too, compared with other London-based companies. THANK YOU!

I am extremely delighted with VP smart removal services, they were so organised, right from the time Ana gave us quote, coordinated on the removal list, appointment time, date to the final execution of the transfers. The two men who came to assist were very polite and thorough professional, made sure that stuff stays safe during the transit by taking extra care and using the tapes on the fragile fixtures. Extremely satisfied and highly recomend.

Highly recommend this company, by far the best we have used, efficient, reliable, nothing is an issue. They remove a huge amount of stress from the moving process. All the team a friendly & helpful. Communication efficient & have been kept regularly updated.

Very efficient, timely and courteous service. Great value for money.

Excellent service. Arrived exactly on time, very careful in handling all our belongings. Very efficient and polite movers.
Also the prices were very competitive.
We would definitely use the service again.

The team helped us with moving earlier today and I highly recommend them. They were careful with everything both during loading as well as unloading. Very very professional in their approach.

Nas and Josh were very professional, very friendly and polite, very careful with all our stuff - both with the packing and the loading as well as with the unloading. Based on this experience I would definitely recommend VP Smart Removals.

The service was very professional and the team was very efficient.

I was very satisfied with VP Smart Removals - from Gabriella's efficient responses to my queries and an advance box delivery to the delightful team of gentleman who so carefully packed up my breakables and belongings. I'm still unpacking, but everything intact so far. Very happy to recommend.

The team were prompt, polite and such a big help on our recent move. Great communication through out the process, and on the day, with my partner 7 months pregnant they even helped by putting boxes up high to ensure she didn't bend unpacking!

Would highly recommend

VP Smart Removals were recommended to me by a friend and they were great. Ana and Gabriella were really helpful answering my questions and Ana managed to fit me in even though they were busy. The 2 men on the day were quick, efficient and friendly which helped a stressful moving day!

I moved house recently and am so glad I chose VP Smart Removals. Gabriella answered all of my questions in advance of the move and on the day Victor and George were such professionals, friendly, efficient and helpful. Thank you so much for making my moving experience a smooth process! Highly recommended

Cannot recommend this company enough. A move from West Sussex in to London with limited parking options was made light work by the entire team. Items of furniture and my mattress were wrapped and packed perfectly to avoid any damage. Professional, friendly and quite a good laugh made my move relaxed and stress free. Thank so so much to you all!

The moving service is professional with reasonable price

Fantastic service, lovely staff and a very successful move. Could not recommend highly enough.

VP Smart Removals were recommended to me and I have already recommended them to someone else.

We did our move to South Wales in two stages over 2 months. The whole process from start to finish was made easy by Ana who was extremely helpful. Quote was good compared with 4 other companies. The guys who moved us turned up on time on both occasions and were extremely polite and helpful. On arrival they placed items exactly where I wanted them placing and some items they'd taken apart were automatically put back together when they arrived in South Wales. I was in awe of them as they lifted and turned heavy furniture to get it in and out of the doors! A five star service all round.

Many thanks Anna and the team for the great service. Geffry and his team arrived on time and were and handled all my items with care. Let us hope I don’t move houses again but if I do I will use your moving services for sure.
