On a sale for "buy 5 and get 5 free" that I saw on FaceBook, I only received 5. When I emailed them, they said I clicked the wrong button--I clicked on 1 and input 5 because clicking on the 5 didn't show the sale cost of 10. They emailed me that they would send the 5 I did not receive, but I had to pay $9.99 for shipping. I declined because it seemed like a bait and switch to me...

Commander deux pulls livraison soi-disant impossible alors que c’est un magasin ouvert en continu et depuis plus aucune nouvelle et pas de remboursement.
Ça fait plus d’un mois que cela dure.

My wife is very happy with all the items which we ordered from Vrilu. This is a good company and do not trust in all bad reviews placed on the internet.
It takes time to deliver the items. About 2 - 3 weeks.
Be patient.
Do not expect silk or cashmere wool products,
everything is decent and good quality.

I ordered 4 sweaters and only 1 of the 4 matched what was advertised in the photos. 2 had very different color shades (baby pink instead of a rusty orange, shiny gold instead of tan). The worst was a knit “sweater” that was supposed to have a colored pattern at the top that came as a “picture of the sweater” printed on polyester fabric…. Literally a pixelated printed picture of the sweater on fabric. No words. Shipping took 4 weeks. Lesson learned.

Zero stars. Basically they are a SCAM company. Items are cheap and do not look like photos and when you email them to make a return they do not reply. I am filing a claim with my Visa against them. Ridiculous.

Great fit, flattering style.

If I could give them a zero I would. Clothes are not as pictured and when I try to return and contact customer service I hear nothing.

The sweaters I ordered are beautiful, good quality and true to size! Only reason for 4 stars is that it took a long time to receive.

The top is really pretty! I'm usually a Medium top but the size chart said order small, it is a teensy bit tight around the top for me but it still looks beautiful. No shenanigans with shipping and it is well made for the price.

Good products but took a while to be delivered

Wouldn't even give them a one star if I didn't have to. Terrible or should I say NO QUALITY. Stay away - do not order ANYTHING.

The colors was great and she said the sizes was perfect fit.

This company is a scam. I ordered three items that were never delivered. My order has been “pending shipping” since November. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

I ordered two sweaters, was charged for two sweaters and only received one !! Looks like they got me for 40 dollars and I am pissed 😤

Fast shipping, the customer service was helpful and I love the items.
