Difficult to get a refund. I contacted them and they gave me an address in Dubai which would have cost me over $200 to return from California. The dress cost me $76.00. I had to escalate it through PayPal in order to get them to give me an address in Carson City to return it. After returning it and giving them the tracking number, they only gave me a partial refund. It was not worth the hassle. I will not buy from them again.

The item is as presented in the ad. Which is not always true for some companies.

The shirt and sweater is cute but looked much better on the model-the ruffled neck doesn’t look right like it did online…

Customer Service is not great. You cannot return any items if they don't fit you well. You can return it if it's in bad condition or you need a different size. However, if the FIT is not for you and you'd like to exchange an item, then they put their foot down. They make you keep what doesn't fit you. They are inflexible in this.

Items received on time and as pictured. Sweater was quite wrinkly but that’s not unusual. Was hesitant based on some reviews, but I would definitely order from them again!

Upon receiving defective and merchandise that does not fit, Vuype has made it exceptionally difficult to return and refund. It has been a back-and-forth email offering $30 and $40 etc. to not return the merchandise. Customer Service interaction has been rude. There is nothing easy about their claimed easy 30 day return policy. Buyer beware -Do not recommend.

I love the sweater I ordered…great quality, perfect sizing, wonderful material. I worried a bit about receiving my order and didn’t seem able to track it. But the order arrived just as I started to worry so no problem!

A very interesting company with some lovely merchandise.
The top I ordered is very nice and does look like the picture I ordered it from.
Haven’t worn it as yet, but will enjoy doing so when weather has cooled down a bit.
