I love my stick! It's so sturdy to walk with, and the delivery was very speedy. I love that it adds some fun to being disabled with the pattern, and the range of options on the site (both for patterns and handles) is great!

I gave this one star just to be able to leave a review. In my opinion this company will take your money one way or another. If you accept your order fine but if you return for a y reason they come up with reasons and photos - allegedly showing damage caused by you to your order . They then refuse to refund you and write platitudes about how disappointed you must be to be in this position . I did not accept their explanation but to no avail. I see other people on these reviews with similar problems. I can't prove that I did not and could not have caused such damage so I cannot take it further BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!!! And please Walking Sticks do NOT respond to this review - I have no interest in your .easy mouthed comments.

My back problems began just over 30 years ago, when I worked full-time as a furniture removal man. It plagued me through my early 30s, usually from late September and throughout the winter and early spring, before completely disappearing during my 40s and early 50s.

Then, over the last couple of years, the back pains have started to return, usually brought on during spells of persistently damp and rainy weather. The most recent and debilitating of these occurred back in May.

As I found myself unable to straighten my back at all, and what would normally have been a simple 5-minute walk to the shops took 30 minutes and required multiple stops en route, I decided it was time to look into buying a decent walking stick to aid me in such scenarios.

After a Google search, I came across the Walking Sticks website; from there I managed to find a stick that looked like it would be ideal for my needs.

The process of ordering the stick was simple, and it arrived 3 or 4 days later, well packaged it excellent condition. Ironically though, my back had started to improve in the time between ordering the stick and the stick being delivered, typical!

However, I did use the stick for a few days, and it did definitely make a difference and improvement in my mobility and comfort; and at least I now have it to hand when my back next decides to play up!

The stick I purchased is the Imitation Amber Ergonomic Handle Walking Stick; Hand: Left, Length: 37" (94cm). This is a very nice-looking stick, well made and sturdy.

I have given full marks to this company for handling first, a delay in delivery of my stick, then with an extension to that and finally with a lost in transit. Excellent and friendly communications, options provided which I chose not to take up. This is how customer service should be done!

It arrived quickly, was well packaged and appeared to be very good quality. Using it had improved my husbands gait considerably. The handle is comfortable for him to use and gives him good support.

Fast service, and good product

I was pleased to find a molded handled, folding walking stick in an alternative colour and not flowery. The service was good. My only criticism is, I had hoped it would come with a cover or bag to make it easy the transport when I am out with my walker.

I have been advised by a medical professional that perhaps I should use a walking stick at times… so I look on the internet and find this company. They had some great designs, unfortunately my favourite was sold out but I came across another one I liked and ordered it. I wanted something young looking and colourful and this was it. It was delivered quickly. Lovely stick.. .great quality.. . easy to fold or unfold and can be carried in a bag .

I ordered this stick, assuming that as only one size was listed & it was adjustable it would be OK as I had had no problem with previous sticks in the past, but as soon as it was assembled found that it was too long & the only adjustment was to make it longer. Followed return procedure to the letter & very surprised to be told that no return possible as stick badly scratched - how when only assembled once & never used? This claim was backed up with some dubious photos, showing alleged scratches which looked like light reflections on the shiny black surface, or possibly the result of someone taking sand paper to the shaft - which I did NOT do!

This is the second stick I've bought from the Walking Stick company. The first I accidentally left in France after a holiday, so I bought an identical one.
I like the design pattern, adjustable height, the metal clip to hold the stick together when folded and the plastic cover. A good buy!

First class walking stick . . it;s not my first but my wife said the one she had didn't go with her summer outfit . . . . . hence the new one!
