A very thorough work and a very effective timely reporting. This has really supported and motivated the team to protect and preserve good practices and to move forward with innovative care practices to ensure maximisation of our resources to deliver star rated quality life for our lovely residents.

I found the webinar interesting and learned some valuable information. Because of the nature of the subject I understand that interactive elements would be difficult to carry out. I found sitting listening to Lorna speaking to us quite a lot, but this is also my my learning style. The information within the course was valuable and interesting.
I didn't have much knowledge on CQC, only who they are, prior to the training.

Big thank you to Lorna at W&P for helping me get through the whole CQC registration process! She has excellent knowledge, experience, always keen to help and made everything way less stressful than I expected. Lorna guided me all through initial start up, choosing right policies and procedures, interview prep with really clear advice, and now we’re officially registered and good to go. If you need help with CQC stuff, I’d definitely recommend working with her!
