Competitive price point and quick…
Competitive price point and quick delivery options.
I regularly visit this website and purchase from this company, but this is the first time I have taken the time to leave a review.
By signing in I am able to review my previous purchases and quickly select the same again or make adjustments.
They offer clearly which products are available for a multi-buy discount which gives me better value for money.
Over a certain amount they offer free delivery - which I often send to my local shop to collect at a time that is convenient for me which is also good.
Happy to recommend this business to friends and family and will continue to be a customer of theirs.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We’re really sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the response you received regarding the faulty vapes. We completely understand how frustrating it must be to receive items that are not working as expected, especially as you have been ordering from us for a while.
We did respond to your query and provided the available options based on the information we had at the time and our terms and conditions. We’re sorry if our response came across as unhelpful or did not meet your expectations, as that was never our intention.
