I have received two separate dodgy…
I have received two separate dodgy cartridges there the coil burnt straight out. The supplier kindly sent me. New one to compensate, yet one of the coils is burnt out immediately on one of the sides when I first tried it. Hoping this is a strange coincidence but I aren’t too happy as it’s money down the drain, I completely appreciate this is the manufacturers error and not Washington Vapes, but me as the end user is the one who will be out of pocket if it keeps happening.

Thank you for getting back to us.
We’re sorry to hear that you have experienced another issue with the cartridge and that one side tasted burnt straight away. We understand how frustrating this must be, especially after a replacement had already been provided.
This issue has already been looked into and sorted for you, and we apologise again for the inconvenience caused.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we will continue to monitor this in case there are any further similar reports.
