Unfortunately, we are unable to delete your account and remove all associated personal data at this time. As there are financial transactions linked to the account, we are legally required under UK regulations to retain transaction records, including the personal information associated with those transactions, for a period of six years.
Once this statutory retention period has expired, your account and the associated data will be permanently deleted. In the meantime, I can confirm that your account has been closed.
