An excellent service. I posted the agreed documents for a private registration to them and promptly received the payment matching the valuation.

I was a little dubious about sending a signed document before payment but previous Trustpilot reviews reassured me - I sent my docs and didnt hear anything for a couple of days but on day 3 received an email to say documents had been received and payment was in my account - so a smooth process. To improve maybe a phone number or chat facility to check on progress.

Well firstly like a lot of reviewers I was only offered £80 for my reg even though I just paid £80 to put it on retention so I could put my new reg on my car. I just wanted rid as was my married name reg so wouldn’t be using ever again. So five stars as communication was top notch. Paul very quick to respond and assure me on the process. I was apprehensive about sending my new style retention certificate with no payment upfront. However, like I said Paul assured me I would be paid the £80 agreed. I sent this First Class Recorded missing Thursdays post and received the £80 less than two days later (on a Saturday too). So all in all I am happy, reg no longer mine (good riddance) and got £80. So I do recommend as people are under no obligation to accept the offer they receive. Definitely a company to be trusted.
