The mask is well constructed and looks like it will be durable enough to last for many washings. The printing I requested is sharp and crisp so it's easily read. Hopefully, the letters will not fade from repeated washing. The adjustable ear loops are a useful feature. In the future I would like to see more printing options like different fonts, letter sizes and language selections. Overall, I am very pleased with the Weddingstar mask I received.

Arrived later than the website stated. When i chased delivery the customer services was quite helpful and arranged for it to be sent the next day.
When it arrived though i was very disappointed in the product. A long scratch next to the engraving on the item, engraving not central on the item, two of the sands looked like they are used items (one in a used box one not boxed at all).
Now face a difficult decision around whether to go ahead and use for my wedding or to return them and not have a sand ceremony at all as it is too late to replace

I placed an order on August 16th for my Daughters quickly planned micro wedding two weeks away. I chose express shipping at an extra cost praying they would arrive on time. Etsy had the same exact personalized wedding favors but they could not promise they would arrive on time. The wedding favors arrived 9 days later ! So happy !!!
