I've been dealing with the Pathway branch. I'm a first time buyer and was looking for flats in my area. Craig was brilliant and really helpful and quickly understood what I was looking for in my ideal property. It was always easy to book in viewings with him and communication was very clear. I'd highly recommend him and the team to anyone looking to buy in the area. Now that I'm in the next stages, Emily has also been really helpful and it is nice knowing there is someone who will help keep things on track. Great experience all round and looking forward to completing hopefully in the next couple of months!

Completion today. Westcoast sold our property for us. Professional, helpful, good turnaround, regular communications from everyone. We had comms with most of the team, but our main contacts were Helen, Gemma and Emily. Would recommend Westcoast

I was selling my late father's property whilst living over three hours away, which was an incredibly difficult and emotional time. Recently sold my flat through Westcoast and although a long process (not down to the agents) Megan and all the team were professional throughout. I was able to speak to them when I had questions and they worked well in talking to all parties. Would recommend you use Westcoast as I had a great experience.

I have just had new tenants move into one of my properties, and Leila was absolutely fantastic. She surpassed herself to find exactly the right tenants for me. Absolutely the most unprofessional service you could imagine - listing was put in wrong category causing a poor sale and a right couple of nasty women working at the Patchway branch! Especially the branch manager! heard them talking bad about people and making fun - it was like a school playground in there - AVOID!

Bad experience

With this company. Was told one thing by one agent and something else by another. Long wait times and the manager of the property just seemed to disappear. They will take all your money from a deposit but are clearly the ones at fault. Have to now go through TDS to raise a dispute after waiting over a month for anything.
