Popped in whilst in London, firstly, what a great shop, so nice to actually visit a DJ shop! Felt like being in the 90s again!

Western dj are the dj company I go for my dj equipment I recently brought two alto Bluetooth adapters for my alto 8 inch passive dj speaker they are wonderful to use I would highly recommend recommend western dj to all my family and friends thank you again western dj they are also such a wonderful company to deal with

My Ecler nuo 2 mixer had to be exchanged under warranty twice. The first time it took over 4 weeks to get the new mixer. The second time I had to get a refund as it was over two months with no sign of getting the mixer any time soon. The staff I dealt with were reasonably friendly but didn’t seem to bothered about my enthusiasm to get my mixer back as soon as possible. Th refund was issued upon my request pretty quickly. I had a legal right to ask for a refund the second time. I wish I knew this and wish they knew this so they could’ve told me ages ago. I’m waiting for the same mixer to be delivered shortly by Thomann now. Hopefully I won’t have to use West End DJ in a hurry. If I do, hopefully won’t have the same shitty experience.
