Purchasing the wrong part through their parts look-up system was easy enough, but getting them to go good for shipping it back? Not so much. I spent hours trying to even get a legitimate chat with a real person. Only one real person BTW (Benjamin) who was not authorized to help customers. Just an awful time wasting experience. I would avoid at all costs if I were you. I’ll never shop here or Maytag parts.com again.

I HAVE A VERY BAD UNBELIVALE EXPERIENCE WITH WHIRLPOOL PARTS.I ORDERED FRIDGE DOOR SEAL, THE DESCRIPTION ON THE DELIVERY BOX WAS CORRECT, BUT THE MERCHANDISE INSIDE THE BOX WAS DIFFERENT, I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES, THEY DONT PICK UP PHONE CALLES, 844-200-5440, EMAILED EXPLAINING, SENT PICTURES SHOWING THE DISCREPANCY ON THE DOOR SEAL SIZE,AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS I QUIT, THEY USED ALL KIND EXCUSES TO DO NOT TAKE IT BACK AND REFUND FOR THE WRONG ITEM SENT.Order Number: 20334354-308264, $269.70 LOST AND THE FRIDGE NOT WARKING .NOW I ORDERED FROM SOMEONE ELSE THE SAME PART NUMBER, WORKED PERFECT. I AM A THERMADOR BUYER , FOR SEVERAL DIFFERENT PROPERTIES PURCHASED,JUST SPEND$65K ON NEW APLIANCES ON MY MOTHER'S HOUSE AND GOT THIS KIND OF TREATHEMENT FROM WHIREPOOL, SAME AS THERMADOR.

Why all the haters? Are we reviewing the same company? Or are these really old reviews? My experiences with whirlpoolparts.com have been superb. First, they exist. How freaking cool is it that in 15 minutes I can track down and order an obscure plastic doo-hickey drawer support for whatever-the-heck refrigerator model the house flipper before me put in the kitchen? Second, they have great parts diagrams and photos so I can see and confirm what that plastic doo-hickey is called and its part number. And they'll ship it to my door in under a week. Yea, $40 for a plastic doo-hickey seems steep. But have you bought auto parts lately? And what is my time worth to source this part somewhere else?

UPDATE: Aaaaand, it broke. The dang doo-hickey broke in 3 months. I fired them an email and was about to just re-purchase the part when they got back to me the next day, offered to replace it. Just send them a picture & description of what happened so they can record what actually broke. Boom! I have a new part in 4 days no questions asked.

Used their website to determine water filter model and subscription to get best deal. Received 2 filters before frig light came on for replacement. Turns out to be WRONG filter model. Called customer service and they said the website error was based on new model frig. No refund or returns allowed after 90 days. No responsibility for errors. Out $100+! Buyer beware!

Ordered a part thinking it was the one that the appliance guy would need. He told me that was not the problem so I requested a refund. They claimed that because I wrote them saying that part didn’t fix my problem, that it automatically meant I put the part on and that automatically means no refund. I further explained that I didn’t put it on but even when I sent it back in (shipping $16) they would not refund my $100. Now I’ll never buy a Whirlpool product if I can help it. Poor customer service. Buyer beware!

Shit! No one answers the phone. No one calls you back when it prompts to leave a callback no. The chat line doesn’t answer. The parts description is vague. June 12, 2026. 3:00pm to 345pm. Wasted time

I gave whirlpool parts website my model number and they gave me the part number. Paid over $60 for part and $20.99 for 1 day shipping. Total almost $100. Part did not fit.

Will never purchase another Whirlpool product again. Hope that amount of money was worth them loosing a lifelong customer.

They emailed me two day later nothing- no way to speak to a person. It will cost me $14.10 to ship item back.

Part did not fit so I have no part, spent time and over $35 with nothing to show for it.

Will report false advertising to BBB because they told me it was the right part and it was visually different-

Scam. Do not waste your money!!! Our order did not go through because it kept timing out, and then was placed 3 times. Customer service was nightmare and spent hours trying to return duplicate items, and then they were never refunded. Found correct parts on Amazon for less than a quarter of the cost than here.

Online parts selector tool wrong. Chat was non responsive. Customer service impossible to reach. Maytag Whirlpool used to be quality. Never purchasing their appliances again.

If I could give a zero…I would. I recently broke one of the gas stove grates by accidentally hitting it on my counter when I was removing it to clean the stove. I called Whirlpool and was told that they would see if my warranty covered it. I submitted all the forms over a month ago via email and no one ever replied. Even to the follow up emails. I also called Whirlpool to pay for them outright and was hung up on several times after waiting on hold. No one ever picked up. Horrible experience. Horrible service. Waste of effort.

Ordered a part for my dryer,
Went to check tracking and no info. My bank account was charged, but whirlpool says there was a problem with the payment. I called the bank, they said there is no issue. I contacted Whirlpool again. Got the silent treatment. So they take your money but they dont send what you paid for. Thieves

terrible, they will send you a wrong part THEN fight to not refund.

My Whirlpool gas stove knobs have warped and cracked open so that they do not accurately control the flame. My current parts are plastic. Ordering a replacement knob is now $59 + shipping + tax resulting in over $76 for one plastic knob! (The rep I spoke with didn't know what the replacements were made of.) In 2021 when I replaced 4 knobs on a Whirlpool gas stove in an earlier home, the knobs were $28 each. Thus, to replace all 5 knobs would cost over $325 while a new gas stove at a local appliance store is advertised at $699 - knobs almost half the price of a new stove!

I wish I could leave a 0 stars. I only ordered direct from them because I wanted to make sure I had the right part for my model. They sent the wrong part and now I have to pay to ship it back to them. This is why people order from elsewhere. Do not order from them. The customer service is horrible.

If I could leave 0 I would. Do yourself a favor and pay a few extra dollars to buy your parts on Amazon.
The customer service is trash. The part didn't fix my issue, and rather than help me out in any way their only response was "oh check our policy, the part is used now so we can't take it back". The fan is in immaculate condition, I plugged it in, didn't work so I put it back in the box.

AWFUL company to deal with. Their website is misleading and their customer service is DREADFUL. I would NOT use this website company ever. Note that Google will not allow you to give it a Google rating - which I don't know why. Check out this company on other review websites and save yourself some time by using another company.

I should have checked TrustPilot prior to buying from this website. Whirlpoolparts.com was the only "new" site I've purchased from in a long time. Lo and behold, literal days after I made a purchase, my credit card information was compromised. Still haven't received my part either. TOTAL SCAM.

Same as every other experience. Phone system hung up on me 3 times. I selected the option for a call back. It came over 4 hours later. I didn’t hear it. No message or second attempt. I will never try them again.

Horrible or non-existent website or customer service. Stayed on hold twice, only for the automated phone system to just hang up 3 times. Online chat was same- never answered after waiting indefinitely.

Customer service is non existent. Received dried up dishwasher touch up paint. Called the 800 number and no one answers day after day. Wrote in excess of 15 emails and no response. finally got a refund less the shipping. Given the paint was defective shipping should have been refunded. Run do not walk from this joke of a company.
