Lovely company, delivery slower
Lovely company and team! Only issue was with the delivery speed, needed something urgently on saturday so ordered next business day before 1030, understood theres a possibility it may not come on Monday due to the saturday, but it didn't come until gone 12 on Tuesday. Wouldn't normally mind but paid £19 for the speedy delivery

We have had a look at your order with us and can see that this was placed on Saturday 15th August. As we are closed over the weekends, please note that any orders placed during this time are processed and dispatched on the following Monday.
We can confirm that our team did then dispatch this on Monday 17th August and the parcel was out for delivery on Tuesday 18th August.

Useless Tanto marker pens
The Tanto marker pens were absolutely useless. Bone dry and just after 1cm line, it stopped marking. Wouldn’t recommend these pens. Emailed seller, requesting a refund.
