I ordered a 16 ounce bottle of fragrance oil, and when it arrived, the cap had been broken and the entire contents of the bottle leaked everywhere. However, first thing Monday morning I emailed the company let them know and immediately they sent out a replacement bottle. I really appreciate how quickly and smoothly everything moved. I will continue using this company for my Soap making, as well as Recomended to any of my new Soap making entrepreneurs! There are many options out there, including Amazon. But I appreciate the other businesses and how quickly you moved to make things right.

Love the sales, selection, and quality of the oils you sell. I would have given you a perfect score but your web site still needs work. When I went to look at all and I mean all of your fragrances from this last sale, everytime i looked at a fragrance and then returned to the page I was on to keep looking for FO I noticed I was on a totally different page. So I was never sure if I saw all the fragrances or not. I wish I could jump off to look at a fragrance and then return to the page I left and it would let me continue to look at the FO on that page.
