The team at WhosOff are fantastic. Callum, Mark and the rest of the team are always happy to help, and nothing is ever too much trouble. They genuinely take the time to understand the business and the challenges behind the question, which is really refreshing.

The system itself is easy to use, looks great, and has become a big part of our day to day operations. The reporting tools save me loads of time with payroll each month, and the platform keeps improving without losing the simplicity that makes it work so well.

Very Prompt response and resolution simple

I experienced an issue with SSO on our WhosOff account and reached out to the support team. Tony responded promptly and efficiently guided me through resolving the issue.

In my experience, this app doesn’t recognise Bank Holidays, therefore reducing your entitlement by an extra day. It’s occurred to me twice this year, then again for 2025!!who developed this app, not to adjust the number of days taken, when coinciding with Bank Holidays? Ridiculous

We have been using WhosOff for about three months now and can honestly say it's one of the most liked changes our company has taken on board as it grows. A great priced tool with some fantastic support, free and available on the phone at anytime we need them.
