Great store and staff

Fantastic customer service from Ike today. He saw me on the way in with a return and even though he wasn't on the tills he came over to me straight away and processed my return. He's definitely a role model for Wickes staff

Worth a visit for the best EVER customer service
I've been to Wickes in Baguley 3 times in the last 2 weeks
There's a fella called Ike who works on the tills. He's got to be the nicest, friendliest, polite and kind person you could ever be served by.
Not only Wickes but the best customer service person anywhere and ever.
This fella deserves credit. You will come out of the store thinking 'What a top fella'.
Ike if your reading this I'm the one in the yellow Crocs 😂

I dealt with Hayley in the kitchen design department. The service was friendly, efficient, helpful and accommodating. I was very impressed, and the level and quality of service was a key factor in my choice of new kitchen.
