Had some great help from Lauren just now when ordering some material in store to be delivered to my home address. She was extremely helpful and assisted me in completing the order without any fuss. Really pleased with the process, given it was my first time of ordering a home delivery from the Basingstoke store.

A very frustrating and disappointing experience when having our en-suite refurbished.
The entire process was overshadowed by an overwhelming lack of communication from the design consultant (DC) to the point that they decided to order different coloured unit door and drawer fronts to those that we chose. Having had many discussions with the DC and their manager and getting no resolution, we were forced to concede and accept the units that the design consultant had chosen and ordered.
Additionally, the DC failed to inform us that certain products were to be purchased separately, so when the installer arrived to commence the installation, the tiles hadn’t even been ordered. Delay after delay, what was planned to be a two-week project, took five weeks.
Having said all of that, Darren, who installed the ensuite was amazing. Full communication, so professional, clean and tidy, and very respectful of our home. He deserves a 5 star rating.

John was absolutely fantastic today. Went in with a list of things from my husband to Basingstoke and he took so much care with finding everything nothing was too much trouble.

Wickes "designer" planned my kitchen and created an order based on the design. The order included over £800 worth of unnecessary kit which is unused and unopened. I'm not talking about a couple of off-cuts of plinth here. I would need to build an extension to utilise all the excess material. In addition, they sold me a set of internal drawers which do not fit the unit they were designed for. These along cost over £500. So far Wickes have failed to acknowledge this let alone offer a refund. Customer service from Wickes has been virtually non-existent throughout the process.

Whilst the quality of Wickes kitchen units is good, their attitude to existing customers is extremely poor and, if you have an issue, they don't want to know

There are also design errors such as doors that don't open fully.

Check your design and your quote with a fine tooth comb and question everything. Don't trust the designer - they are clearly not the design experts their advertising claims them to be

We were looking for a new ceiling light cluster for our lounge. We found exactly what we wanted at a good price.
The only let down was that the young lad was not very friendly and didn't smile at all. We spent nearly £60 in your store. We visited B and Q store just before yours and only spent £1 in there but got a lovely welcome and a warm smile from the young girl on the çhechout.

Mark Bradford was extremely helpful in helping me resolve a problem I had with a shower I purchased that became faulty. Great service, very knowledgeable, thanks Mark.

Mark G was excellent in every way and his knowledge and willingness to help was absolutely extraordinary.

He got be back in your store another 3 times after my first recent visit.

Kate Shepard was very helpful going through the whole process very pleased with the whole thing just waiting for the new kitchen to arrive now

After looking around various aisle for brass hooks and eyelets, noticed a chap unloading a pallet box of paint, explained what I wanted, he went straight to the product, there where no eyelets available, Mark G suggested 5/6 outlets where I might get them. Extremely knowledgeable of the store, components locations and outside knowledge.

The attender (Olu) was very helpful and polite. Good customer service.

The Wickes supply chain was very poor with completely wrong wall panels being supplied. The customer service was poor as no one was willing to rectify the problem. However our installer "Red Dragon" was excellent with efficient installation service and excellent customer service.

Had an online return to sort and needed help with ordering a door. Mark at Basingstoke store gave me plenty of time and information to make the correct decision.

Maria.g helped me today to find some screws she was very professional and friendly

Great service at Wickes Basingstoke. Helpful store collegeue Mark G helped with advise on which products I needed. As well as making sure I got value for money, Mark was polite and personable and made the store experience quick and easy when I didn't really know what I was looking for.

Martina helped me with my flooring and tiles

Olu was very helpful knew exactly where the item I wanted was (CT1 Sealant) and took me there.
Then later on processed my items at the till.
