Chico went above and beyond helping me find the right plumbing bend and correct size pipe for an outside drain pipe. Honestly, he was more knowledgeable than the waster plumbers I paid a fortune to who used all the wrong pipe work. I now have a fully operational drainpipe that doesn’t fall off thanks to Chico - and it only cost £6.25!

Corner beading I bought was top quality, Meghan was brilliant this morning, sorted me out with my trade account and also on previous trips to Wickes she has gone out of her way to help even when the store was extremely busy.

Wicks Bridgend donated 50lts of paint rollers trays and paint brushes to our charity Friends of St Johns. We can't thank them enough for there generosity. Ian the manager received my email and got back to me very quickly to say how happy Wicks would be to do this. When I picked it up the staff were extremely helpful and polite I couldn't fault Wicks in anyway.

I go into wickes often to pick up click and collects. Staff are really welcoming and helpful every time i go in. Meghan is really helpful and nice. I recommend going to wickes for building materials.

The service given by Kirsten was excellent I bought the wrong thing and she was very helpful in my efforts to correct my purchase. Kirsten was very patient with me and made my experience at Wickes a positive one. Thank you Kirsten

Purchased a kitchen from the Bridgend branch, Colin McQueen, the Designer, couldn't have been more helpful.
Colin's knowledge of kitchen design, guided us through the purchase and gave us what we wanted after suggesting various options we hadn't considered.

Called into store to order a bathroom. Collin who designed it for me was so helpful and very friendly. Laura who was at the checkout who served me with other items was amazing too. Great customer service. Both a credit to the store

Bought bags of Ballast to go under a gravel parking area. These were a complete waste of money. Not ballast in my mind as they are 80% sand. Ballast should be stone based as is B&Q’s product. Far better. I dug out and binned two bags and two bags returned
