Wickes - Hanger Lane Bewertungen

Great new layout after refurbishment - much improved.

Early morning click and collect on my way to work and Hadz attended to my order. She kindly showed me how to connect all the pieces of my garden equipment I bought and saved me a lot of time trying to figure it out when I got home. Thanks again Hadz!

Great experience at Wickes Hanger Lane - Hadz is always so helpful and is a credit to the company

I recently had the pleasure of using Nedz’s and Seema services, and I can honestly say the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Professional, reliable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Every question was answered promptly, communication was excellent, and the attention to detail really stood out.

It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about delivering high-quality services while making the customer feel valued and looked after. The workmanship and overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nedz and seema anyone looking for trustworthy and top-quality service.

Thank you again for such a smooth and stress-free experience — truly first-class service!

Huge shout-out to Hedz and the trainee - Jada she was working with today. Shopping can sometimes feel like a chore, but their friendly energy made my day. They were quick to help, easy to talk to, and you can tell Hedz is doing a great job mentoring. Service with a smile still exists! I'll definitely be back.

Hidza was very kind and helpful in term of finding what I was looking for.

Bev was fantastic in helping me with finding my items. Very helpful

Hedz gave my family the best service today, excellent customer service & very friendly.

Susan & Michelle two lovely people came straight to assistance, I was preparing for a bit of back and forth worrying if my online order return was even possible in store but honestly had such a great experience they offered their assistance, we had a good chat and laugh very friendly and I was in and out of Wickes Hanger Lane less than 20 mins and email confirmation of return being processed. Great customer service !

Hadz(the sales assistant at Hanger lane branch) was amazingly helpful. She went out of her way to help me with loading numerous large compost bags into my car.

Seema provided excellent customer service at the Wickes Hanger Lane branch. She was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive, ensuring my needs were handled efficiently. The store itself was well-organized, with a good range of hardware products and a clean, welcoming environment. Overall, a very positive experience.

Prim was helping us a lot with finding and she was the bestttttttttt

Wickes have great deals, my local Hanger Lane branch has been updated and improved. A was served by a fantastic friendly and helpful team member (Primrose) who made my day

I recently visited my local Wickes branch Hanger lane and felt compelled to share just how positive my experience was. From the moment I walked in, the store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, which made finding what I needed straightforward and stress-free.
What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service—especially from a member of staff named Hadia. She went above and beyond to assist me, taking the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and offering clear, knowledgeable advice. Her friendly and approachable manner made a big difference, and she handled everything with professionalism and genuine care.
It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and attentive, and Hadia is a real credit to the team. Thanks to her help, my visit was not only productive but genuinely enjoyable.
I’ll definitely be returning to this branch in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for both quality products and outstanding customer service.

Hadz was a very polite and helpful staff whilst there was another lady who was on customer service desk looked at us twice and ignored us and kept scrolling her phone screen, Hadz noticed whilst she was serving others on the till and kindly helped us with our requirements.
Other lady who was on the till really wasn't there mentally or physically to serve the customers.
Thank you Hadz

I moved from Newcastle to London a few years ago, often using wickes store up north. However, I had to write this review because of the excellent service from one of the employees. Talk about going the extra mile, without a doubt she did! She makes you feel so comfortable to the extent that you would always want to go back to the same store. She gives such good advice it’sa pleasure to shop there. Her name I believe is Hadz. Thank you

Thanks Hadz I really appreciate all the help

I've been a regular customer of Wickes since the late eighties and the service has always been great. Even if the odd delivery has gone astray the team at my local branch have always been on hand to sort thinks out.
A special mention goes out to HADZ at the Hanger Lane store - for almost a decade she has been an extremely hard working, friendly, knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful member of the team, 5 stars to her!!
