This is the second time I have used Wilkie May and Tuckwood in Wellington to sell and buy property and I rate them as the best estate agent in the area, I couldn't imagine using another agent! Difficult market conditions made the sale challenging but received good advice throughout which eventually got the sale over the line at a reasonable price. Living a long distance from the property also added complexity but members of the team were always on hand to help make things happen. Excellent service.

We have been exceptionally fortunate to appoint WMT as estate agents to sell our house. All of the team provided a really positive experience during what was a long and stressful process due to issues further down the chain.
