Excellent purchase experience with Salesman Mihai
Mihai met us on arrival and proactively sought to help. He was very knowledgeable, showed us the car we were interested in and took us for a test drive, even though we had dropped in unannounced. He told us everything that we needed to know about the car, its history, the warranty and insurance packages available and explained the purchase process. He was able to answer our questions and nothing was difficult. Mihai was totally professional, personable and organised the purchase, including a few minor repairs to this nearly new car all within the week. On collection, Mihai showed us more details about how to operate the car including performance tips and he set up the bluetooth to our phone. He couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you Mihai and Wilsons!

Motobility enquiry
I went to this dealership on spec to look for my new mobility vehicle. When I arrived at the shop I went inside with my son. We were guessing which models were the ones that I could have a gentleman who said he was the manager came up to us eventually, we had been there about 15 minutes at this time asked if he could help. I asked him about the car. He did not offer to let me look at the car. He just said they were losing the contracts at the end of the month and if I ordered it now. I could have it but by the end of the month they wouldn’t be able to order anything. after that, my son and I and I went into the vehicle on display and looked around unassisted when we were leaving because we didn’t seem we were going to get any help. I saw 4 sales staff outside standing by the vehicle I wanted to see ,chatting and laughing. I asked them if they could help me with the vehicle and one offered to help and showed me the one inside the showroom. I asked if he could turn it on so I could see the display he said no because he hadn’t had its pre-road checks, however there was one outside that was a demonstrator but he didn’t offer to take me to that one so I could see how things worked.
I feel that because I was casually dressed came with a young person and I was female they didn’t think I was serious which is disappointing in 2026 Even if they had kept the contract after the end of the month I would not give them my business very disappointed indeed

Unprofessional, false. Manager doesn't know how to do his job.
The Sales person was very helpful and informative. We had some back and forth and negotiated a price and finalised a vehicle. I was excited, and had everything ready, including an insurance quote.
I put down a £99 deposit for the vehicle. I didn't buy it straight away because I wanted to see it in person, but everything seemed fine! The vehicle had been taken off the website and was ready to be mine.
I was just about to book travel (5 hour journey and £90 public transport) when I had a question about the car. I sent them a quick email. The reply I got back was
"Someone actually just came in and saw the car and was ready to pay cash, so my manager sold it to him. This car is no longer available."
And then the sales guy went on annual leave (hopefully he's using it all up and getting the hell out of there because what kind of professionalism is this!) and I still haven't got my deposit back!! £99 on nothing. I'm unsure what's going on and if I'm going to have to take legal action. I have not had my money back and it's been almost a WEEK! Avoid avoid avoid. Just absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous!

Read and be aware.
I purchased a car from this dealership recently. The car seemed fine at first, but soon started presenting issues. I wrote back, wanting to return the car, Under the Consumer Rights Act 'short-term right to reject', if unsatisfactory. This was immediately rejected by them and wanted the car seen by their technicians. I knew they would try everything to not have the car back.
I took the car to an independent garage. He drove the car for a few miles and found it to be unfit and not smooth. He told me to either take the car back or take it to a main dealer where their qualified technicians can use specific diagnostic tools to check (an expensive service at my own cost). I eventually got rid of the car. An expensive and stressful ordeal.
Be very, very careful. Avoid completely.

What made everything even better was Jodie Barker, who was amazing from start to finish. She was friendly, patient, and really took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and excited about my choice. Nothing felt rushed or pushy, just genuine care and enthusiasm.
Overall it was such an easy and enjoyable experience, and I couldn’t recommend Wilson Epson and especially Jodie more. Thank you for making it all feel so seamless
