Very good service and always on time and took time to survey the house and neighbouring houses to see where the pest came from took a little time but finally got the pest

Super service and care from Scott. Took time to explain the problems and work out a plan of action. Followed up periodically. Really appreciated that - thank you. Pests gone!

Huge thank you Scott for all you have done to get rid of rats in my garden. You have done it without making me feel totally stupid for over feeding birds!
I so appreciate your help and I recommend you to all.

Excellent service. Prompt, helpful and willing to action every detail to control the issue.

Great, efficient service. Resolved our problem, and now is responsible for the care going forward.

Scott was a pleasure to deal with. He assisted with a couple of issues we had - vermin and woodworm. He worked with us over a few weeks to resolve the former and the latter was dealt with in a tidy and conscious manner. Would not hesitate in recommending his company and will definitely use his services in future, should they be needed.

I found Wiltshire Pest Services (WPS) via a Google search and, based on their proximity to our location, customer testimonials and Google reviews, I decided to contact them by email in order to remove an active wasps nest in our house; wasps were accessing our house from their nest in the roof void and two family members had already been stung. Scott from WPS responded very promptly and arranged to come out the next day to deal with the problem. When he arrived I was really impressed and reassured by Scott’s professionalism and knowledge. He had to access the roof void via a rather awkward opening, but dealt with everything stoically and calmly. It’s about 18-hours now since he treated and removed as much of the nest as he was able to and he has neutralised the problem. I also feel very confident that Scott would return and sort out any further issues we have, if necessary. I therefore have no hesitation at all in wholeheartedly recommending this company and I will call them immediately if I have any further pest problems. Thank you, WPS.

We were very impressed with the service we recieved.
Scot was polite and punctual and was able to sort the problem out effectively. He was also reassuring and put our minds at rest with his knowledge and experience.
Hopefully the pest problem will not reoccur, but if it does we would definitely use Scot and his company again.

Always the same amazing prompt service to deal with the pest problem

First class service, highly recommended.

Very punctual and efficient service. Very professional, resolved the Wasp problem within the hour.

I bought a place that had a major flea infestation. Pretty dumb right? But not as dumb as trying to resolve the problem myself. After hundreds of flea bites, a fair amount of money thrown at household products and wasting a lot of my own time, I failed miserably at ridding the place of the problem. I called Scott and he turned up the next day looking like a Ghost Buster and killed them all dead. I followed his advice in the proceeding weeks, with leaving the products down and then vacuuming regularly after a certain period, and the situation is now a million times better, with no sign of any fleas. I should have called him from the start. If you're looking for an effective flea massacre in your home, learn from my mistake and call the expert in straight away! Thanks so much.

Outstanding, great work.

A trusted & professional service.

We have been using WPS for many years now, I highly recommended them for domestic & commercial services.

Excellent pest service, reliable, through and conscientious.

Scott was polite, professional and efficient, he even provided an educational element which was a complete surprise and that my children thought amazing. Would absolutely recommend to everyone.

Scott has done our pest control for a few years now. He is friendly, proffesional and reliable. Scott is always available to sort a problem if one ever arises. Highly recommended.

Very prompt and efficient service. The wasps in the eaves of the house went within a few minutes. I would thoroughly recommend WPS to others.
