The basic windows are of great quality that you won’t get from the box stores, but you also will pay for the better built windows. I’ve ordered twice and have gotten my order in around 4 weeks or less. Good windows , fair price , outstanding service. Buy em. You won’t regret it.

I am totally AMAZED and pleased at how easy the process was!!!! I had gone to and contacted several other window "experts" only to be told that they don't bother with single windows or that all of the windows in that area need to be replaced simultaneously. The WindowEstore gave us the exact window we needed in the perfect time frame at a reasonable cost. As soon as the window was ordered, we were contacted to verify the details and dimensions of the window, how the window would be delivered, and how to contact the party delivering the product. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

The first order of 2 double picture windows (windows mulled together) went flawless. I picked them up at the warehouse and installed them within 2 days. Very quality exo-extreme windows. The second order included 1 double picture window just like the previous ones. Also, a very quality window, but the top flange that sticks out to deflect water, was badly warped due to being sinched too tightly. I don't know if this happened at the warehouse or if was shipped this way from the manufacturer. I couldn't see it until I took it home since it was covered in cardboard along that piece of vinyl. Also in that shipment was a large picture window and an awning window of the same size. Both of these were undamaged. However, after installing these windows, I went to open the awning window and was very disappointed to see that it would only open about 8 inches. I really wish the website had given me a warning that based on my window size the awning window would only open 8-9 inches. If I had seen a warning like that, I definitely would have chosen sliders, instead of awning windows. I was converting an unenclosed patio (700 sq ft) into an inclosed space. I wasalso paying for it each month as I worked. Which is why I had three orders (the third is still in manufacture). I made three mistakes with these windows. First, I should have ordered everything at one time. Second, I should have checked how far the awning windows would open before ordering them. My last mistake was in having them shipped to the warehouse. I should have had them shipped to my home, so I could prove where any damage had occurred.

Initially, window was poorly packaged having only cardboard at the corners and shrink wrap to protect glass and slide handle. The fit/finish of the window at the joints is disappointing. I didn’t spec the window U-Factor but it was named eco-extreme and touts energy star compliant so I didn’t check and the window has only the minimum U-Factor of 0.30 to install in my geographic location and is not energy star rated for my address. Additionally, the new construction window shipped/received without pre-installed nailing fins - it is taking over a month to have snap on nailing fins shipped/received - and another call to have warehouse deliver it to my house.

Great people to work with and product product line is excellent.

I haven't actually gotten the windows yet, but the ordering process was easy and the technical help I got from the company was super friendly and extremely informative. Felt like a skilled neighbor lending a hand. Can't wait to see what they're like to install and how they look in my funky little cabin in the woods.

This company is hands down the best online company to deal with making you feel like you matter! Your questions matter! Your need for the product matters! They listen to you and give suggestions to best suit your weather patterns and location. When you call them you actually get a "real" person and they keep in touch during your purchase process. I absolutely recommend working with them, everyone is sooo nice to deal with. I purchased a single replacement window for our kitchen 5 years ago and every day I open that window I repeat to myself how great that slider window is; I turned directly to them for the next batch to replace in our home. I wish I could included photos because oh my goodness are these windows amazing, I've been the talk of the neighborhood since I put them in. My one complaint is that the bezels are actually 3.5" not two like I said, but I ordered them a little bigger than what was needed, and they are leagues beyond my old windows. You can not beat windows of this quality for the price that they offer. I will be using them indefinitely in the future.

The windows looked great but wasn't as I expected it on the STC rating part of it since I live right next to the airport and did emphasized during my quoting process. And one of the window that is a single hung keep having rain water sit inside the sill creating a pool until it dries out on its own. But overall, I am still happy for these windows.

Derek replied really fast and quick and with patience on every issue or request. He is really eager to help me resolve any concerns and problems that I have and throw at him. And his crew has the best customer service to all the contracting I've dealt with this ADU project. Even that he is out of state to my project, his responding rate and resolution are far better and exceptional compared to my local contractors!

Their website is the most friendly and quick simple quote that I didn't have to WAIT for a service quote to get back to me like all other window companies and still getting my requests incorrectly. I love their website quick quote features and the amount of optional features to my desire. They really held my hand through the entire measurement process and making sure it's correct.

And my order actually came not only on time and actually arrived 1 full week early. Just as promised delivery date!

I will definitely order from him on my next future projects but will persist for his tier 3 window quality.

The new window I received was perfect and great quality. The service was amazing and surprisingly fast from customer service. They delivered right to my home n excellent condition and very hassle free.

They are very easy to deal with. Always buy from windowestore. They even call to confirm the window order details.

Ordering our windows was easy using the simple online interface. There was some confusion about how to measure the replacements for our corroded 1926 windows and Mr. Baker got on a Facetime video call with me so we could nail the exact specs down.

Shipping was economical, delivery was easy, and even with "COVID delays" we got our windows in a totally acceptable amount of time.

When the windows came in they were sized perfectly, but the installers had some problems with the sizing and wanted more $$$ to fix the problems. Being skeptical (I always am when it comes to construction overages!) I called Mr Baker and explained the problem. He took it upon himself to have a conversation with the installers personally, going above and beyond my customer service expectations for an online manufacturer.

It turns out some of our openings were "spongey" with hidden pockets and gaps beneath the trim. The extra charges were actually necessary, but because of the conversation with Mr. Baker the installer greatly reduced the initial overage quote — the windows WERE sized and built correctly based on what we could SEE.

We've enjoyed the new windows for about a week now and they look great. We opted for the EcoXTreme mid-grade level and we no longer hear sounds from the street and there are no bitter drafts in the middle of the night.

While it may feel disconcerting to buy windows online, they'll take you through the process. Our next nearest quote from a local window store was 30% higher for lower-quality windows. I highly recommend WindowEstore and we'll definitely use them again for future properties.

I have purchased windows in the past from Derek. 2 years ago I bought 3 Hopper style New Construction windows for my basement and they were perfect. I just purchased 2 Awning style Casement windows for my attic dormer windows. Im not happy with the color at all. It is Bone “Dirty” White and it does not look good against my bright White coil trim I just wrapped my wood frames with or the bright white PVC trim. I also am not happy with the caulk separating within the window itself from the factory. I am wondering whether or not that they use different window manufactures throughout the US to fill orders.
