Ordered 2 replacement windows on Sept 11th and picked them up in Athens Ga on September 27th. 16 day turnaround much sooner than I expected. DIY installation was easy with these windows and windows were as advertised, good quality windows. Derek and staff was so helpful when ordered and when had questions later and now have ordered 7 more.

When the four windows ordered from eWindow were mishandled by the receiving warehouse which resulted in damage to the screens and scuffing, smudges etc. to the vinyl resulted in a 2-star rating experience. The very next day the President of the company called offering to reship a new order immediately. After some minor cleanup my contractor assured me the windows were fine and in fact indicated how impressed with the quality he was!! Also the four screens are being replaced as well. Thank you again for the above and beyond service I received, and a special thanks to Derek Baker Pres. of eWindows. I would absolutely recommend and look forward to next spring when we plan order[ng additional windows for a couple more rooms.

They are handling my remodel well. 2-3 windows showing up every 2 weeks or so. Quality Is good. The glass definitely feels cooler in the sun. Free shipping to a store near me. Had to install an A frame on my trailer for transport from there. I broke one in transport. Derek handled it for free. Doesn't get any better than this.

Very easy website to navigate and a lot of customizable options available. I’m not one for phone calls, but a rep called me after I put my order in to confirm the exact measurements and that there was actually another window design I could choose at no additional cost if desired. Received a shipping note after two days and the windows will arrive after just 2 weeks. Very speedy and detailed way to order windows.
