SCAMMERS THROUGH AND THROUGH.

I have escalated the issue with PayPal. Please STAY AWAY from these crooks.

It’s a shame I didn’t come here first before going to wiper blade refills scammers. They took payment quickly on 2.6.20 and although they emailed me to say they have shipped my wiper blades on 4.6.20, I am still waiting for them. No reply to emails and no contact telephone number. I have just reported them to action fraud uk who seriously need to remove their website! Don’t order from these sharks!!!

SCAMMERS
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Do not use this company, been waiting 3 weeks, think they are scammers, no contact number and don't reply to emails, money we can ill afford lost!!!!

Avoid this company at all costs. They are based in Spain, despite having a .co.uk web domain. They took my order and failed to deliver, claiming that I had quoted a delivery address that was a complicated mixture of the billing and delivery addresses, which, as they were in two different parts of the country, made the product totally undeliverable. Had to ask my credit card company to intervene and get my money back. I note fellow reviewers have had equally negative experiences. Avoid this company. They appear to be fraudulent.

As previously said this is a Spanish company not based in the UK. Forget delivery within 48hrs. Try 2-3 weeks instead, if you even receive what you ordered. When emailing them. They dont seem to have a clue on what's going on. AVOID BUYING from them. Can see why there is no review option on their actual site now.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE LOCATED IN FRANCE AND NOT UK. SO ANY RETURNS THEY WILL TELL YOU TO SEND BACK TO FRANCE. YOU WILL INCUR POSTAGE OF AT LEAST £8 BY SENDING THIS BACK.

Never received my order, no replies to emails. Avoid at all costs just scammers

Avoid this company! They do not respond to emails - I'm chasing my order almost 4 weeks after placing it. I've now opened up a dispute via Paypal. Spanish company claiming to be UK.

slecht bedrijf komt beloften niet na. na 2 weken ipv 48 uur pas ontvangen en geen orignele onderdelen maar chinese rommel. doe geen zaken met dit waardeloze bedrijf.

Zero stars would be better. Ordered by using the matching system to reg number and their system advised the wrong type. Have sent them 2 E-Mails and they can't be bothered to reply. Truly terrible service. Wish I'd used Paypal so I could open a dispute. My advice, avoid at all costs.

Received an order after 5 days instead of promised 24hr/48hr.
They have not replied to any of my questions.

Very poor service.

The company is fraudulent they took £30.00 from me and they didn’t fit and they do not respond to anything .... completely disgusting how companies get to rip you off and there is no help out there . DO NOT USE THEM

Purchased rubbers which I then wanted to return.

Used the mechanism on their site and received an initial holding email with a reference number. Despite following that up on four separate occasions there were no further responses received (other than additional holding emails) .

As a result, I'd have to agree with the comments from other reviewers and also strongly recommend not to use this company/web-site.

Its a scam

Spanish company not UK based at all

awful service - take your money and dont supply the goods
the customer service contact form doesnt work

An option for ZERO STARS would be good, but if I have to give them 1 Star, so be it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

They took my money. No goods supplied. Used the 'contact' form several times, but no response.

Purchased a set of 6 blades for a Mercedes Sprinter. They were not suitable. Emailed my concern no response. Sent them back proof of postage Emailed and no response. They do not reply at all but happily keep your money.
The sort of business that a SCAMMERS.

!!!Warning!!! Do not buy these refills for aerotwins! I did - wasted 43 Eur (wiper-blades-refills.co.uk and vision-tabs.com is the same dealer. Bought for C4 Picasso - Front ones creak, streak, vibrate and leave water film on window. Back one - incorrect at all! It is horrible. Wrote a complain and asked for refund, well forget it - they sell you chinese crap and then ignore you. I doubt you can actually find quality refills for aerotwins... sounds too good to be true.
