Incorrect size for driver's side
I've used this company before but this time I was disappointed. I entered my registration and ordered a pair of Bosch blades, which were promptly delivered. When I came to fit them, a) they didn't fit without me having to dismantle the new blades and risking breaking the plastic, and b) the driver's side blade was too short.
I've given it 4 stars because when I told them about this issue, they quickly made a full refund exceptionally easy. It would have been 5 stars if entering the vehicle reg resulted in the correct length blades being delivered.
