Kit is warm, understanding, helpful, knowledgeable and indisputably expert - what more could you want from a company like this? He listened very carefully, explained patiently and fully, then went away and found the best options for us (and we spoke to others, none of whom came close). Why only 4 stars? Wasn't impressed by the solicitors he recommended, nor the fact that he pushed them so strongly even though I'd already instructed my own.

Poppy Garraway did a cracking job. However being advised I would have to pay a fee earlier, at the beginning of the process, would have been useful in managing my budget.
