the order got here in a timely fashion but, unfortunately of the 3 items ordered, I only received two. The receipt implies they the three items ordered so a mistake must have been made at the sellers site. Requesting a correction either by refund or having last item sent.

Product arrived in good condition. This product is heat sensitive and when ordered from some companies arrives stuck together and does not work. I can tell if it is working. My hair doesn't break off when I brush it and my nails don't break and peel. This product arrived unaffected by the heat and is a company I will trust when ordering this.

I placed a order for CLEARASIL GEL but you sent me CLEARASIL CREAM
There is a difference between Gel and Cream plus the order was for two tubes of CLEARASIL GEL and you sent me one tub of CLEARASIL Cream
You did not send me the reason for the change in the order.

The price was right and delivery was quick! I will order again.

I still have not received my order. When I track the order it shows the label was created on 10/15/25 but they still have not received the package to ship.

After 10 days I am still waiting for the information to return the product. I was sent 4 shampoos instead of 2 conditioners. I would like to keep 2 shampoos and exchange 2 shampoos for the original order of 2 conditioners

I ordered 2 bottles of hair color and you charged me for 4. I called 4 times to speak to someone and you never returned my calls. I ended up calling my bank to take care of the matter. This is no way to treat a new customer. I won’t be doing business with you again.

This was my first purchase from this vendor. Even though trustpilot highly rated them, I was still a little hesitant. But I didn't need to be! They were friendly. Checkout was a breeze. Packaging was great. And it arrived very quickly. I have nothing but kudos for this vendor and will go see what else they have for sale!!
