Amazing and detailed readings and lovely teas ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently tried a bespoke blend from Witches Tea, and it was absolutely wonderful. They crafted a mix just for me, and you can really taste the care and thought that went into it.

It felt truly special, like a cup of comfort and magic in one. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Really lovely products but they are slow to arrive and sometimes they don’t arrive at all and unfortunately their customer service is a bit disorganised.
I place an order for two packets of tea and a candle on 20th July. The tea arrived on 1st August but there was no candle enclosed. I knew to be patient as I’ve bought a couple of charms previously which took about 3 weeks to arrive (but are really lovely so worth the wait).
So I waited a few more days then emailed on 3rd & 11th August to see if it would follow soon. When I didn’t receive any response I popped a note on a Facebook post of the company & they did message me through Facebook on 22nd August to say the candle is now being crafted & would be sent out the following Monday. So I agreed to hold off on a refund as a voucher would accompany my candle. I then realised Monday was a bank holiday. So I figured it would sent Tuesday.
Another 2 weeks passed though and still no candle arrived. So I message again and they have no acknowledgment of our previous conversation on 22nd August at all. I’m referred back to the date of the tea delivery on 1st August. So I quickly realise the candle has not been sent to me despite assurances it would .
I therefore requested a refund which I think is fair since it’s been over 2 months of waiting & messaging & getting nowhere. That was 5 days ago & I’ve not received a reply or a refund.
To be fair I’ve made peace with the fact I’ll never receive the candle or £25 refund - but I think others should be aware that whilst the items they sell are lovely it’s a bit hit & miss when & if you’ll receive them & customer service isn’t helpful unfortunately.
6 April 2026 - I am now being asked to confirm an order number to verify this review is genuine. As this purchase took place 10 months ago I no longer have any emails as communication was proving to be fruitless and there isnt a way to log into an account with this company so I’m unable to retrieve any purchase details.

Have not yet tried the tea as I was pretty disappointed I had to chase them up in a few different ways to even try and get any answers as to when it was being sent, they never actually told me just finally 4 days after my original message after waiting some weeks I was told it was being dispatched.
Its a very small amount for £20 and I wish I hadn't bothered as it looks exactly the same as all other witches tea you can find online for a lot cheaper! I'm convinced they're just repackaging it from somewhere else tbh.

Apparently they also flagged my review for inflammatory content however Trustpilot has sided with me, just shows their business practices tbh.

Been taking witches tea brews since late April this year and to date I have lost a stone , continuing as 10lbs left
The blends taste amazing , curb that food noise and I’m starting to look at healthier options of food thanks to the guys at Witches Tea

I have enjoyed drinking the variety of brews that were a part of the BCNW Limited Edition Pack that I purchased. The 'Mini Burn 2 Afternoon Blend' is my favourite.
Fabulous support from the Witches Tea team. Nothing is too much trouble.

They sorted the problem out and replaced the entire order, so I now have extra pouches of delicious tea for free! Love the tea, Irish Sweet Moss, Burn Calories Not Witches, Super Blend and Burn calories not witches night time blend. Tastes amazing and feeling energised and refreshes after drinking. Certainly notice a boost in metabolism and less 'food noise'. My portions of food are less and I feel full quicker and longer. Amazing teas to help in my weight loss journey. Also Emerald and Willow are so helpful and knowledgeable

I ordered a ring for my daughters birthday. It took 3 weeks to come. When it arrived it was quite different from how it was advertised - in fact it was a different ring. The quality was very poor. I raised the issues I had with it in an email two weeks ago. I have recieved no communication back aside from endless promotions they are doing. Wouldn't use again, unsubbing.

My order arrived today. The tea is amazing. I really enjoyed the taste. Perfect balance.
The necklace is beautiful.
I know a few people have stated it takes forever to ship and yes mine took 2 weeks but it does state this on the
website.
I didnt order the tea to burn calories my reasons were for the fact that the ingredients have so many health benefits.

I'm a big fan of loose leaf tea. In fact, I work as a Host for a loose leaf tea shop. So it wasn't surprising when I came across an advert for Witches Tea and was immediately interested!

The website was informative with telling you the benefits of each tea and its ingredients. It's done in a way were in easy to understand and doesn't sound like a bunch of complete jargon like other website.

I quickly ordered the Burn Calories Not Witches tea. Oh my......this is a delicious tea! Herbal and earthy! Now, normally I am not a fan of earthy teas but this tea? It's light, subtle, refreshing. Now we are on the cusp of summer, I'm thinking that it would be great iced! I can't wait to try that!

Now it does say to allow 2 weeks for the tea to arrive as its made to order and done in-house. This actually attracted me MORE to buying the tea as this means the batch I order will always me fresh!

My husband ordered 2 charms for my birthday in plenty of time. They finally arrived 2 weeks after the day despite numerous messages and assurances. As an apology, I was to be sent an extra one. It didn't arrive. After messaging again he was told it would be sent out last Monday, I'm still waiting. While the charms themselves are lovely they are far more expensive than in other outlets. The quality of service from Witches Tea can only be described as terrible. Will not be using them in future.
Update...
It was my husband messaging you most of the time. He was told on 2 separate occasions that the items would have been posted on certain dates only to be told on both occasions you had missed the posting dates. There have been at least 3 different 'reasons' given for this ranging from looking after your niece to mental health issues.
Looking at other low ratings on here this does seem to be usual.
Yes, as you say you may have tracking of postage for the 'apology' charm. I have proof of the date of the original order and payment and I'm sure your tracking will confirm the date of delivery several weeks later. I also still have copies of the messages sent to and received by you and their dates. Yes, you've also offered me a £5.00 voucher and a free tarot reading. I will not be taking you up on your offer.
You say you feel you do not deserve the 1 star rating. I can assure you, especially after the tone of your reply and finding the same charms on Temu at a fraction of the price, I would give a zero star rating if I could.
