Great customer service and products. I snet an email query about Old Charm chairs I am recovering and it was answered immediately. Thank you Lisa for your much appreciated help.

We visited their outlet looking for an armchair for my wife and came away with three pieces of furniture. The staff we spoke to were friendly and very helpful, offering advice on what to consider but not at all pushy and happy to let us browse for as long as we liked. They helped us load and securely tie down the furniture, and gave advice as what to use to keep the wood in good condition. The choice was very good and the quality self-evident. The outlet stock was deep discounted and very keenly priced. Overall an extremely good experience and well worth visiting.

Discovered today that my old charm dining table is of laminated chipboard construction. Whilst the wood bros website doesn’t state solid oak, it is implied in the description and price.

I had a query about a lost key for an old antique piece of furniture that has been in my family for multiple generations now. During house move, we unfortunately lost the key. So I phoned the company, and immediately got a positive response. I sent over a photo of the cabinet, And straight away they got back to me saying that they have a key. I then was sent the key a few days later completely free of charge, and I finally been able to open the stunning glass cabinet that has been in the family for multiple generations now thanks to Wood Bros. So thank you very much!

Purchased sofa and 2 chairs in Harris Tweed 4 years ago. On delivery one leg had not been fastened correctly by installer but Wood bros were responsive and sent someone to fix it ASAP.

4 years on furniture still looks great with no signs of wear. Good company and good products.

Bought a three piece sofa from this company through one of their stockists. Top price paid for a quality product. However one of the cushions to the back of the settee had a fault so made a claim under the 10 year guarantee. They have said they will replace the cover but two months later still waiting; now say it will be January 2024 before they can send a new cover as the factory is closing for Christmas; but it’s now only 30th November!! Would have expected better customer service having paid top price for what we thought was a good company and good quality products. Disappointed.
Update - Final in January 2024 they sent a replacement cover.
