Fantastic training and support. I can't recommend Edd highly enough. I have completed training in both powerpoint and excel which were both exceptional. The shortcuts, tips, tricks and advice have made my work easier and more efficient. 5 Stars!

Very well explained and useful material

I was up today at 4:30 am in Alberta to watch the Excel PivotTable seminar. This was completely worth getting up at that time of day. I have tried for quite a while to teach myself by reading articles and watching YouTube and just wasn't getting it. In 45 minutes, all my questions and more were answered. I'm excited about getting to sit in on another training (even though I have to get up at crazy o'clock to do it)

Good practical session which showed me some functions of pivot tables I had not discovered before. Very informative and useful!

Excellent session. Ben puts jargon into plainspeak. The one page cheat sheet after to help you remember is excellent too. No hesitation in recommendation.

Fantastic, well paced course which gave me some great tips which I've already put to use. Really engaging and would love to have more tutorials.

I found the course extremely helpful and informative. The trainer was very friendly and put me at ease. I learnt an awful lot and have since received weekly useful tips too.

Credit where credit is due.

The trainer did exceptionally well given the circumstances. The course was clearly intended for a classroom environment, but after having to deliver via Teams at short notice, we all made the best of it. The trainer was knowledgeable and answered questions thoroughly and clearly.

Great Course

Content covered was useful, instructor was very knowledgeable. It was good not having structured exercises to complete. I always find this puts you under pressure.

Ed was very professional. represented your company very well even slipped in the odd sales pitch lol. He clearly has a genuine interest in what he does which came across and made the experience fun. i would have no reservation to recommend W.I.S to others and hope our company use your services again which i would happily sign up for. The offer of help and online tip updates has a aftercare service is also very helpful.

Very good training course, learnt a lot.

Great presentation style with lots of opportunities to ask questions and talk about real life examples which all made for a really enjoyable and informative course.

Informative, well presented course. I got so much out of it, I never knew there was so many handy tools on outlook. My email is now organised and working better for me. Highly recommend this course!

Ben was a great trainer who was friendly, patient,accommodating and very knowledgeable.
The course covered very useful information on how to use our system to get more efficient usage.

Edd was a brilliant instructor. He made sure each of us were able to follow each part of the excel training by going at a slow pace. He was willing to stay extra for any further questions we had aswell which I appreciated a lot.

a very well planned and easy to understand course which has saved me a lot of time - I'd usually be sat staring at my screen trying to find a quicker way to do things, but The course was well presented in an very user friendly way by Ed Tillen
