I had to exchange the size of harnesses, and my second shipment got lost in the post, but the customer service was absolutley outstanding. I received responses to my emails almost immediately and the replacement has been sent right away.

I couldn’t recommend Woof Frills enough. From dog harnesses, to blankets for the full family to human apparel there truly is something for everyone. The quality of all Lavi’s products are incredible and the prices are so fair! Lavi couldn’t be anymore accommodating if she tries - her customer service is incredible! Over the past few years my boys have grew quite a collection and own pretty much all of WF designs and I’m truly obsessed with them all. We absolutely adore Woof Frills and would recommend them to anyone!🤍

We love Wooffrills! my dachshund is the best dressed boy in their lovely collections, which are well made and fashionable. I have a human sweatshirt and the quality is amazing. Their blankets, both dog and human size are the softest around! Finally, a huge shout out for their customer service. Wooffrills go above and beyond with every item purchased. Parcels are beautifully wrapped and despatched really quickly. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble for the lovely owner. This really is a 5 star small business in every sense!
