Ordered work uniforms, after approving design and receiving them the green in the hats and beanies does not match the green in the shirts or hoodies. They say this is due to a different printing process for hats not being able to do that exact colour, it’s not green at all it’s basically yellow. The approved artwork was all the same green and I feel that should have been something I was informed of prior to printing. Other than that, seem like good quality and happy with the stuff that came in the correct green. Won’t be using again however due to the poor customer service around this issue.

Great products and service- They make it super easy to create embroidered merch for our club, with high quality stitching for the logo that lasts a long time. Have made multiple orders with them and they are fast, well priced and easy to deal with.

Purchased some work items paid for Postage to have it delivered. Then had to exchange sizes I had to pay for return and I had to pay for them to send the item back to me which never arrived.
I emailed them no answer I have to send text.

These guys are the real deal. Super efficient process, Australian company that are great to talk to on the phone but also have a great system to make ordering easy and tracking your order easy. Orders come from Australian warehouses which makes delivery really quick.
