Paula is a very experienced travel specialist who was patient in listening to our needs for a holiday. Paula was able to confirm accessible rooms for our family and we would highly recommend her for all your travel needs

Paula once again took any stress out of the booking experience.

Myself and my partner were over the moon with Paula and her overall service she provided. Her passion in ensuring we had the perfect holiday was second to none. We explained to Paula what kind of holiday we wanted and Paula provided us with the most perfect holiday for our needs. We're definitely going to be using her for every holiday moving forward and will recommending her to family and friends.

Paula was responsible for organising a break in Spain for a young man who uses a wheelchair full time. Everything during the process was prompt, organised with great attention to detail. My favourite part was receiving the important travel documents in chronological order posted out to us prior to our departure. We had lots of extra requests to deal with and Paula handled our demands like a pro! Paula was on hand and contactable at all hours to make sure everything was going smoothly before we even took off, during our holiday and again when we landed. We would highly recommend Paula and her expertise to anybody wishing to book a break with accessibility considerations in mind.

Paula went out of her way to book us the most amazing holiday in Thailand. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and her communication was fantastic.

Paula was available any time throughout our booking. She always replied to emails or messages quickly and efficiently. She made our booking very easy and even when we were away, we could call her anlt any time if needed. We have had the perfect stress free experience and would definitely recommend booking through Paula.

Paula really looked after us all. Understood our daugthers needs, and gave us several realistic options, at short notice.
From organising airport assistance, transit to/ from the airport, and helping the hotel to understand our needs. Everything went like clock work. We'll done Paula.

Paula was amazing at organising my holiday. From a brief conversation and providing our preferred dates she came up with a few options and when we chose one with excursions included we didn't change one thing - it was spot on!
We had a change to one event which Paula quickly sorted and every question I had she responded to quickly and promptly.
She also understood the type of accommodation we would prefer and the hotel she chose was excellent.
I can't recommend Paula highly and will definitely be using her again!

We had a lovely trip overall . And Ms.Paula was very very helpful and always available for any of our doubts and queries. There was never a NO for an answer . Highly appreciated .
Good luck to Paula and her company .

Just returned from a fantastic family holiday that Paula arranged for us. I can not recommend her highly enough. After listening to our requirements, she delivered on every aspect.

Paula is now our go-to for all future holidays, she certainly knows her stuff and it's great to have someone with her commitment and knowledge to rely upon.

I would like to say thank you to Paula for her recent support to book a family holiday in June 2023.
From the start her support and communication was second to none. Paula was very helpful in suggesting
options for the holiday, different locations highlighting the features and benefits of each place and so on.
Paula’s support didn't stop there when the booking was made, she kept us informed when payment was
due, organizing check in and making sure we had printed information.
In fact Paula was very helpful when my wife left her phone on the airplane, all we had to do was contact
Paula and she took care of it by making enquiries on our behalf and advising us what to do, which
resulted in my wife having her phone back.
I would happily recommend Paula to anyone who is looking to book their next holiday

Amazing experience and 100% pulled it out the bag.

We had an amazing first family holiday abroad and couldn't shout more about the support provided before and during our holiday. Wouldn't even think twice about recommending Paula to anyone!!

I've always wanted to see the Pyramids in Egypt but kept putting it off. There were also other things that I wanted like the Valley of the Kings and also a Nile cruise. I met Paula Hanson at a networking meeting and got chatting and realised she was good and knew how to manage and create holidays. Visa, pre-check in, tours, flights, transfers, guides, you name it. Can't thank you enough for making it such a memorable holiday of a lifetime. There's no way I could have organised it myself.

From the moment we first reached out to for help to the second we landed back in the UK, Paula took care of everything. We were a bit uncertain initially when she suggested sandals, however it ended up being everything we were looking for. Two weeks of watersports, sunshine and delicious food without worrying about the pennies. We would absolutely recommend both Paula and Sandals to anyone and would like to say thanks so much for such a wonderful honeymoon!xx

Paula facilitated an amazing trip, helpful, respondant and great value. We described our needs and they were met perfectly. Thank you so much!

Easy fast booking experience and Paula listen to what we wanted, for family of 5.
Hotel and the whole trip was 5☆
We will always use Paula to book a holiday with.
Alos the communication is instantly replied to with any questions.

From the moment I first made the book right upto the day we flew to Lapland Paula was amazing. She was really helpful and went above and beyond what she needed to do. We received a beautiful gift before we went with a stocking for my daughter filled with Christmas goodies she even printed off the song sheets and documents all ready for us. Amazing experience and I would highly recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had not been abroad for well over 10 years so i was very nervous. Paula has been absolutely amazing and done everything from start to finish of the process. She gave us lots of choice of holidays and found one which suited us perfectly. Paula did all the hard work, sorted absolutely every little detail for us. She was always there if i needed to ask anything at all. Paula is knowledgeable, very friendly and always professional.
We had a wonderful holiday this summer and i would not hesitate to book with her again and would recommend her to anyone.
Thankyou Paula 😊

Paula has now booked 3 family holidays for us. She goes above and beyond with customer service and her knowledge and passion for her work is clear to see.

Professional, friendly and always on hand to answer any questions, she takes all the stress out of organising holidays.

I used to spend hours searching for the best travel and holiday deals; I don't anymore. I know that I can depend on Paula to customise a bespoke package that is completely tailored to our needs. I can't recommend Paula and World Explorer Holidays highly enough.

Paula made the holiday booking experience so easy!

We were given options, and this helped make the trip stress free and enjoyable.

When we encountered a flight cancellation her quick and decisive response made sure the second half of our trip wasn't affected by airline issues.

Holidays can bring more stress than it can give you relaxation but when you have someone organising it to the level Paula does, it's a no brainier when you book another adventure with her!
Thanks for all you've done!!
